Grubby needs a bit of a makeover
Location, facilities of the room, size of room, heated bathroom floor
Bed was a little small
handy for UCLH, Oxford Street, London Zoo, Madam Tussauds, Regents Park, Baker Street, Hyde Park Self catering a little minimalist, but a microwave and one ring allowed for decent family meals. Sainsburys and Tesco Local both very handy Next to Great Portland Street Tube Laundry facilities!!
Lacked air con, but we had brought our own fan.
Very close to Regent Street, Osford Street, Soho, Regent Park
no real air conditioning, mattress, worn materials
We stayed twice.First room was great.good size.bed comfortable.great laundry facilities.staff friendly and helpful. Location fantastic.walked to Piccadilly and Oxford several times a day.
Second room.it was smaller.still had all the facilities but the bed was a wall fold up.not comfortable so spoiled our stay a bit.ask for a room with a proper bed.
The location is amazing. The kitchenette with included dish washer was really nice.
No air conditioning. Very painful for the kids. Sheets on extra bed were not clean and protection layer towards sofa/bed was torn. Fire alarm went off twice during our second night. Not ideal for sleeping. A few things broken in the bathroom. The concierge didn't know much about the surroundings and said that the weather changes every day when we asked her about the forecast for the day.
Location, Helpful staff, nice, sunny room on 5th floor, after we requested a change from ground floor, plenty of space.
Bed needed a topper pad , not plastic sheet over mattress, to cover the sharp buttons.
Kitchen facilities, bathroom
No aircon, very noisy when having the windows open. In summer with warm nights sleep is therefore a problem. Early check out at 10am, late check in at around 4pm.
Staff are terrific, lift is quirky but works. facilities in good condition
no Aircon (29degrees outside and 31 degrees inside). suggest owners buy a few Big fans.
Excellent location close to tube and Regents Park and away from the mad bustle of Oxford St.
Room pretty small especially if you left the sofa bed down then nowhere to sit. But public spaces - kitchen, laundry and longs area made up for this. Good value for money.
Staff. Cleanliness. Location. Excellent use of space.
The elevator. For a first timer with two large suitcases, I wasn't quite sure of the opening of the elevator door after it came to a stop. An appropriate signage can address this situation.
Location and the facilities in the building
The sofa was terrible to sleep in it.
The welcoming staff, modern clean interior and location of the hotel
It was a little difficult to find
Reception staff, location, communal kitchen and dining room. iPod Dock was a nice feature too.
Close to 3 tube stations, supermarket over the road, quiet neighbourhood. Would come back here with my family. Close to Regents Park.
This was our second time staying at Go Native Oxford Street. Our family, including our 22-month old toddler truly enjoyed the place. The staff was kind enough to meet our request of early check-in and kindly upgraded us to a family studio with extra space and a lovely sofa bed. The location is super with Marylebone high Street and Regent's Park around the corner. We highly recommend Go Native serviced apartment to anyone looking to stay in central London.
Helpful staff, good facilities including tea, coffee and milk. Clean. Iron and hairdryer, cleaning materials provided. Sainsburys over the road.
Very hot in studio, air con would be good.
Very nice and helpfull personel. Clean room. Only bad thing was, that the bed was in the place that we could not open the door enough. Bathroom and shower was very good .
Everything was ok!
great location most helpful and cheerful staff
I did not like all the noise from the building works around the area. Hammering everyday from early in the morning to sunset. There is progress for you.
Great accommodation and location. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.
Nothing at all - all good.
Located near 2 underground stations. Kindness of the staff people
No table, no chairs inside the studio.
Frankly !! .... nothing at all.
We have stayed in a several hotels in the Netherland and USA. But in this hotel we will never return. First of all the manipulation off photos on the site, does not match with the real room. The bed is very small (Rollaway) , to be approaching from one side. No cleaning up the room and two towels for just 5 days. (they clean the room once in a week) As we walked by the staff at the reception desk, they did not looked up or greet us.The room was very stuffy (no airco). (we were invisible I think). This is the worse hotel I ever was.
The staff were super helpful and friendly.
If there was any good points they are now gone.
Got awoken by rat on desk in room, bottom floor of Oxford St apts. Noone was called to sort it out as it was outside hours so it would be too 'costly'. Still no apology to this point. Stay clear. Believe me I need to warn you due to wheels disease and other harmful diseases that could be caught. I was also told on the phone that they knew there was this problem but yet nothing has still been done to this point. Not responding to our calls or e-mails - nearly three weeks after incident. Bottom of list of nearly 300 hotels/apartments I have visited. *Do not bypass this warning*
Staff were simply great.
Info and printed materials for tourists staying in apart hotel would be very much appreciated.
