The location was great, the facilities in the room were excellent and discrete. It was my birthday weekend and we were given a complementary bottle of wine. 10a.m. checkout. A little early but receception were very accommodating and we checked out at 11.

It's the second time I book this place and it's always good - stylish with good location, each floor is equipped with a big communal kitchen which is convenient for families to cook. The bar around the corner nearby was really noisy on Sat. nights...

the proximity to our offices the guest lounge is very nice staff are friendly and helpful rooms are comfortable hairdryer in room 33 can't be used on high speed and heat - then it just stops working for a while and you have to wait for it to cool down check in times are not ideal for international flights arriving at 6am and checkout is too early when flight only leave 8pm - so to be comfortable you have to book 2 extra nights in the hotel essentially.

The location is excellent. It's close to everything you need. It's a viable option for a weekend trip for two. For some strange reason the rooms are really hot, despite the weather not being hot, which can make for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Check out is 10am.

I chose to stay in an apartment instead of using a hotel because of being able to cook for myself. The apartment was compact and well equipped. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a compact kitchenette/cupboard system with sink, fridge, toaster, microwave and a portable ceramic hob ring so I was able to make a simple breakfast. I would however find it a bit more challenging to cook anything too grand. Overall I was very happy with to apartment and would spouse them again. One night is probably not long enough to justify staying in an apartment though for the time and effort it takes to work out how to use things. TV and WIFI was good. There was an irritating noise from the ventilation which did not stop when the lights went out. The sort of noise you get from a bathroom ventilator. As a very light sleeper this did disturb me. That is my only negative.

Good value for central London. I was pleasantly surprised as to how clean and modern the apartments were. I thought the communal kitchen plus in-room facilities was a good use of space, while maintaining privacy and practicality. The heating system was hard to manage.

Studio apartments are packed with everything you need. A small hob, mini dishwasher, microwave and tea making facilities. Cutlery and crockery are also provided. The modern interior design is comforting and warm. There are reasonable views of London. The location is central and close to everything I'm London. A stones throw from the famous Harley Street. You have to check out at 10:00 am! This was absolutely ridiculous. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and not one has the audacity to get rid of people so early. There are no restaurant/room service facilities but this is to be expected in an apartment hotel. The studio apartments offer uncomfortable sofa-beds instead of normal beds. They are smaller and not one of the most comfortable experiences. I would never stay here again because of the horribly early checkout time, but if that's no bid deal to you then stay in this central aparthotel smack bang in the best city in the world.

Stylish and well presented, our apartment had everything we could possibly need and more. It was in a central location with easy access to city centre while also being good value for money. The power shower was particularly appreciated! Nothing.

Location of Hotel is supreme. It's close to everything: Regent's park, Oxford circus, tube station. The area is really nice - classic London style. Room is quite big and comfortable. Bathroom is really clean. WiFi works perfectly. At the moment of booking I mentioned that would like to get the room at upper floors. At the check in I was offered the room at base. We asked to change a room and it took about an hour to exchange it. But we were upgraded at no extra charge which is nice and the room was perfect.

Very clean, tidy and warm in the room. Kitchenette ample for a short stay. Obtained the room at a heavily discounted last minute rate - room a bit small if I'd paid full price. Good supply of tea, coffee, drinking chocolate included along with soap, shower gel in the bathroom. Washing up liquid and cleaning utensils provided too. For an extended stay you'd definitely want something bigger. Bathroom very cold - no heating in it. Relies on heat from the room. No towel rails. If being picky, the right hand door of the kitchenette can't be folded completely out of the way.

Good location. Good WiFi service. Room was under street level. Repair man started working at 6 am. No daily service (bed, bathroom). Limited staff. Cable television not working properly. No dustbin in room. Asked for it, but nothing was done. Some basics were missing in room (mirror light in bathroom for shaving), no bedside lamp,...

a quiet ,clean and comfortable room within working distance of many attractions with friendly and helpful staff. Would happily book this hotel again. small quibble but a teapot or cafetiere in the kitchenette would have been useful

The location is excellent. The apartment well equipped (apart from bed- see below), and the shower very powerful.Good WiFi connection (free). I was surprised that there was a sofa bed rather than a proper bed. I guess that guests staying longer than one or two nights might want to fold the bed away and pretend they have a London flat. Perhaps it's only me, but it seemed an unusual compromise, when there was room enough for a proper bed. That said, I had a decent night's kip!

Work facilities like big desk, lamp, free strong wi-fi, near to Sainsburys, comfortable bed, free toiletries, lovely bathroom, brilliant shower. Receptioist was polite, jokey and pleaseure to deal with. The air-con fan ran all night and was a little annoying. Couldn't find out how to turn it off. Minor point among all the good points however.
