close to supermarket easy walk to transport great staff
no privacy on the windows does get a little stuff in the arvo with sunset
- Good decor - Location close to station - Nice kitchen area & bathrooms - Spectacular view - Good sized apartment - Parking
- Far too hot (no AC) even though not particularly hot weather. - Check out at 10 but staff outside at 0950 pestering us to be out! - Rude note on car windscreen about parking on departure day, even though pre- agreed with reception. - Location is a bit of a shabby district. - Awkward to find car park - Carpets stained
Views of London Proximity to train station Apartment facilities Helpful staff
Apartment could have been serviced more regularly
The only nice thing about this apartment is the apartment it's self but the smell of curry in the corridors and came through to our room was awful and the traffic going and coming back from the city was a disaster..
Everything good location close to shopping and transportation clean rooms beautiful wiev from 9 th floor
A little bit difficult to close the room
Noise from trafffic
The staff were all good and helpful, and the location.
We spent over £550 on two apartments for 6 people for my sisters hen do... The location of the apartments where good and staff ect... However in our apartment no 1002 . There where huge stains on the carpet of both bedrooms that looked like dirt . And there was a big burn ring in the kitchen work top. This did not give a good impression to my siser whos hen do it was. And seeing as we paid so much money i did not think this was acceptable.
I love the view from the living room & my bed room. The furnitures where just cool for the suite...
Lack of willingness to help. Staff work to rule. No passion in what they do.
Good high view
* Queue on the elevators to go up or down * There are 2 elevators one of them breakdown all the time one work and sometimes breakdown * 4 nights staying = twice breakdown for all elevators(go up by stars to 25th floor)
The modern look and comfort of the beds.
One of the lifts broke down and we had to go up 12 floors.
Location is perfect with good transport communication, and grocery.
ventilation is very poor and no air-conditioner,with the apartment1705 facing the rising of the sun. This makes the apartment very hot especially this summer. Cooking utensils for the apartment is very inadequate, with only 2 pots available and no frying pan, amongst other essentials. Lift provision is inadequate,as only one lift can carry up to 13 persons, considering this is a 32 floor building. Once we had to wait for over 20minutes to enter a lift.
Very spacious and clean with great views to the city.
Air conditioning would have been such a bonus, we were absolutely roasting in the apartment, even with the windows open.
Spectacular view from 31th Floor! Room equipped with anything you can need (everything for cooking, for washing, ironing...) 200 mt far from ilford Station (a trains every 10 minutes for going in London!) 30 mt far from Sainsbury's Shop (good supermarket where you can find any kind of food). *** recommended ***
No Air Conditioning on rooms. Not particulary hot but you're obliged to leave windows open to refresh and the road under is a bit noisy with many sirens). Obliged to leave room at 10'o clock the last day. No possibility to stay there 1/2 hour more.
I was pleasantly surprised by the space of the apartment. The furnishing was comfortable and facilities worked perfectly well. I was also quite pleased with ease I was able to get into Stratford and central London. The apartment is also very close to most of the shopping malls in Ilford.(A walking distance actually)
Well there was a case with the cockroach in my room. Although i must admit the staff were helpful and offered to change the room. The Wireless Internet was restricted to two users at a time.
New Clean Good facilities
50% increase for 12noon check out - be warned check out is 10am! No air con and only one fan for whole apartment
Easy access to city at an affordable price. Twice the ammenities for half the price of staying in London!
Don't leave the train station in illford on the London side, exit north, and it is an easy walk!
Very nice modern apartment with views towards central London. Conveniently located to the railway station and shopping centre.
view is good
Everything in the apartment was new and clean. Very cute apartment.
We arrived at night and even though they said there was a 24 hr check in desk there was nobody there. We had to call go native so they could contact someone to come check us in. The neighborhood is very scary at night. The bathroom had a very strong cigarette smell.
Wonderful views Great in the cooler weather
Aparment way too hot in the summer Even with windows open blinds closed The one electric fan supplied just not up to the job Also made sleeping very uncomfortable Hotel with AC for me next time
An oasis! I have been staying here regular over the last 8 weeks Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Well equipped clean apartments with great views
Having to leave
Close to railway station. Opposite supermarket. Fantastic views. Secure. Good facilities.
Would like more air conditioning.
A bite out of the down town
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 21 st floor floor with views of the whole of London city. The view was magnificent especially at night . The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipt with everything that we needed. The thing I liked the most is being able to print purchased tickets and boarding passes via firstname.lastname@example.org. It was very convenient for us. Thanks, Francis.
