Location and the very accomodating and friendly staff.
Room size - very small for a twin. No curtains on the window and the blinds did'nt work. Limited time for breakfast serving.
Bathroom. Within walking distance of centre / main street. Parking available
Room somewhat small so that double bed pushed up against one wall. Noise carried easily from surrounding rooms.
Cleanliness Comfort Location
Breakfast was served too late for us - we needed to leave at 8am. Would have liked to have taken a bacon sandwich but hosts unwilling. Very narrow entry to car park
Convenient location and nice breakfast area
Room very noisy from plumbing in room above and pillows very flat so poor nights sleep.
Personal service for breakfast
Very narrow staircase to my room, tiny single room with minuscule shower
Lovely hotel, really beautiful decoration. The temperature of the hotel was amazing, very hot! Just as I like it.
The distance from Guildford.

Nothing really, overall good value for money
Liked my welcome here as the owner remembered me from my first visit a few months ago. Everything was the same as before regarding quality of service, facilities, comfort and food. Very good.
Polite owner. Room had space. Clean and shower worked well. Kettle for tea making etc. Fresh breakfast.
Take care driing up alley way to park car. No proper reception. Room at top, narro w and difficult with bags. Sticky floor, tatty blinds, water water in bottles been used before. Outdated bedding and furniture..
I stayed at this hotel due to needing to leave early the next morning. I was unable to do so due to nails in my tyre. I put on the booking form I would be checking in between 7-8pm. When I arrived at 8pm it was dark and the front car park was full so I drove through to the rear car park, this too was full therefore I had to turn my vehicle around and drive out to the front. The duty manager said he had meant to put a sign up saying the back car park was full. I parked in the front car park, blocking other vehicles, as I was intending to leave by 7am due to my requirement to be at Goodwood at 8.30am. Whilst I understand we use the car park at our own risk I have never experienced this before at hotels and would not stay here again. I eventually arrived at Goodwood 3 hours late and had to make arrangements from a distance in order to ensure my role of looking after clients at the event was covered.
The room was small, but well equipped and very clean. The gentleman running the hotel was friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and the dining area pretty
the beds best nights sleep I have in hotel lovely lay out very clean my son and I stayed for 3 nights for the goodwood revival about 1 hours away will stay again tom johnson
