Very good and efficient staff... Slightly quirky rooms but finished to a good standard.

Very friendy, attentive staff, lovely and clean, friendly atmosphere, excellent breakfast. Helped with special requests, could not have asked for more. Had a very enjoyable stay and was very well looked after.

Rooms was ok, beds comfy. The hotel was clean and staff polite.

More of a B&B than hotel. The bathroom had a very bed smell of drains, the loo was 1 of the noisy eclectic type. Towels small. The breakfast was very basic and poor quality. Car park was very tight to get to in a van.

Room was bright and attractive. Bathroom very modern, bright and clean. Bottled water in the room.

Windows only had slatted blinds, which did nothing to keep the light out! Not much storage, if staying more than a night or two (we weren't).

Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant initial greeting. Clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Off road parking. Good value price.

Hotel is very clean and modern. Mattresses are comfy. Staff is always available.

Walls are very thin so I could hear people next door. Beds seemed to be really short (im 5'10") and duvet was thin and light. Beware water can get really hot. Shower temperature is unstable.

Personal and warm. Caring considerate breakfast is great Hospitality superb

It gets booked quickly

It was clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the staff helpful.

The drive to the parking at the back was a very narrow alley way.

I asked for a quiet room and we got it. Very comfy bed. Very clean room and shower facilities.

Calling it a Hotel is stretching it, more like a b & b as didn't provide Hotel like facilities. Sausages for breakfast were cheap and nasty, although the rest of cooked breakfast was ok, although minimalist. Only one sausage, rasher bacon and 3 halfs of mushrooms with spoonful of baked beans and half tomatoe.

Convenient location & good value. Friendly staff.

Slight mix up with room reservations. Would not put me off the hotel. Would have liked mirror in bedroom near hair drier.

Location ideal for visiting family. Nice walks along tow path and Broadwater lake. Power shower was great.

Room very small, light under the door kept us awake, sleigh bed not a good idea if you are over 6 feet tall. Alarm going off in adjoining room. A bigger towel would of been good. I did mention this the last time that I stayed here.

I prefer a bar of soap in the shower rather than a dispenser of liquid soap.

A thoroughly pleasant stay, with other members of my family, all of us were impressed by the friendly and comfortable attitude of this hotel. It ticked all our boxes!

It was ok, breakfast could be a bit better, nice guy working there, ideal for singles for short stay

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel spotless, manager very professional and friendly, nothing to much trouble. We asked for 2 extra pillows, brought straight away by young man, who helped me connect my ipad to the free wifi. On second day when we returned to our room we had been left a small bottle of complimentary wine, thankyou. Breakfast was lovely.

Mattress on bed was too soft for myself due to my recent hip replcement, could have done with a firm one. Would have liked to see serviettes on table for breakfast although they were available. Would have liked to see menu for breakfast?
