Friendly staff and helpful.
Not a good bed. Bathroom shabby.
pleasant helpful stuff, normal location
dirty tiny room
all!! the room was very disgusting
It was a bed for the night
Not clean. Shower leaked that much you could have a bath afterwards and very bad damp in room
Dirty shower, dirty carpet, ceiling in room looked very dodgy with cheap office type ceiling panels, plug hanging off wall, wires and expanding foam filling holes in ceiling. Lots of noise from people shouting and screaming at each other and constantly arriving and leaving til nearly 4am. WHAT A DIVE!
-It is cheap
-Need to ask staff to turn on the hot water every morning and every evening ( it turns off automatically)
The moment I dropped my keys
Where to start? The room was dirty, smelly, dusty, and there was no openable window. In fact, the windows there were, reminded me of a prison cell. The rooms "own toilet" was actually in a separate cubicle accross the hallway. I guess the fact that the add points out that a fresh towel is included in the price was indeed the most surprising extra. OK, I wanted cheap accomodation, but at £70.00 a night, is this really cheap, even in London?
Staff friendly. Stayed in room 18 which is right back from the road and therefore very quiet. Good kebab shop next door.
Cleanliness of bathroom and general maintenance of the place was not great.
Location, but careful it's zone 2. Clean room Air conditioning and tv in the room For a single, a really wide bed
Old everything, up to the extreme. Convoluted access to my room Disorder Too unformal staff Noisy fridge
Location was good for me. Close to station for tube and rail.
All the door hinges need oiling. - they are very squeaky - and all the doors bang shut. The curtains in our room were partly off the curtain rail. Shared bathroom.
We had two young children, it was too late to look elsewhere and no choice but to stay. The photos on site does not justify the true story.
The bathroom, lights hanging off, old wires holding up light, the banisters unsafe, dirty room and felt uncomfortable.
I paid £60 for a triple room which was reasonable value. The room itself was tidy and reasonably clean.
I found the room quite noisy - with banging doors and thin walls. Also no hot water when I arrived. I also requested a quiet room but was given one right by the road. Fortunately the windows were quite soundproof. The hotel receptionist didn't know what time breakfast was.
The room had colour TV,full size fridge, plenty of Tea & Coffee etc. There was bus stop outside taking you to centre of London. It was cheap compared with other London Hotels. It was clean and basic.Room at back so was very quiet - no traffic noise.Good having large table to put things on.
The only window in the room opened onto the internal landing. The light on the landing was on all night and the curtain a light colour so the room was never dark .Very small basin with shelf above (could hit head if washing face) Only 1 chair.Noisy one night - may have been a party after midnight in basement.
The location and cleanliness
Only one towel in room for the two of us. Shared shower had to wait ages to use it.
The staff. The location. The room
filthy bathroom + not hot water any time
The only thing make me fell better is they change my room at last after I talk to them in the mid-night a thousand time, but the changed room is also bad,the rest room is very dirty and the door of bathroom is against two wall and you must touch them when you is in shower.
We book a standard twin room, but the room is with a shared-bathroom,the room is very dirty, the bed is very low and uncomfortable.it is very noisy in the room,I ask them a quite room at first but they said I didn't!I just sleep two hours that night, they do not want to change my room also do not want to return my money back. The change my room but the changed room is also bad,the rest room is very dirty and the door of bathroom is against two wall and you must touch them when you is in shower. The waiter is a peacock, our room is on the floor three,he walk very slowly and flaunt his body before us,we only can carry that 20 kilos box and many bags walk on that small stairs by ourselves. It is my second time to stay here, last time I feel good, but this time is so terrible,I will never ever stay here again.
The staff were helpful.
They booked the wrong room so I had to share a bathroom! This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Very dirty, curtains hanging off the wall, broken tv months of dust on everything. Smelly old bed & linen.. Will not stay here ever again..
Clean sheets, close to traffic.
Musty, stinky room, old small bed, no hot water for 2 days. Terminal for VISA card not working (had to use cash), payment before accomodating. Low rate price-quality.
Cheap and it was comfortable. Staff were friendly and it did what I needed a place to sleep
The TV had a lose scart lead so lost the signal when someone moved in the hotel
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in London. No hot water whatsover and generally run down in all areas . Awful.
Poor reception, hotel biz is hospitality biz
The staff were extremely helpful
The bathroom was rather unclean
I liked the neighbourhood and the fact that the tube station was nearby
I didn't like the shower, the towels, how small the room was, the broken door. And on top of that my boyfriend and I couldn't even have privacy because the hallway was always crowded.
