The room was small , we asked for double room and there was bunk beds and double bed in the same room we couldnt move , it smelt , the bed was dirty , wall paper hanging off the wall , shower and toilet was dirty and the staff not very helpful.so spoke to the staff and all she said not having your money back so we walked out.
staff very friendly especially the young man on reception
very dirty and dusty cleaned room myself or would not have stayed breakfast very dry cooked to early and kept warm under lights
The staff were good, saved our luggage before and after we checked in which was great.
Breakfast wasnt very much. Rooms need updating majorly, no wardrobe or towels in our room. Was a very standard b&b
Everything. Was not clean, had to get sheets changed, quilt had stains all over! Stunk and bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Would NOT recommend going here.
Next to pleasure beach
Hotels run down and dirty
Dirty beds no hot water- attitudes when told no hot water was told would be sorted when asked again was told if you don't like it don't come back
Location excellent we n
Needed to be at the airport early the next morning
Dirty Room Could not get into shower
The mold and mildew. The view of a roof with syringes and broken bottles all over it. I couldn't even move in the room. The smell was awful. it was just a very unpleasant experience and we had to move hotels after the first night.
breakfast close to Pleasure Beach
dirty hotel dirty room old tired and run down bathroom all broken place needs ripping down carpets dirty and tatty towels supplied were ripped and stained
Breakfast was nice Bed was comfy Quiet location
No light bulbs in lights Needed cleaned in places Needs a good bit of TLC
When we went out to watch the lights getting switched on
Hotel was minging
I've stayed in a few b&bs in Blackpool and you expect it's not going to be 5 star, but this place is by far the worst I've stayed in. The room was tiny and filthy, the bathroom door had a hole in and the entire room had a damp issue. I have seen cleaner carpets in a pub during a football match! To top it off I couldn't even have a brew in the morning as they didn't provide milk! Not suitable for anything other than renting it by the hour!
There was nothing l like it was so dirty
I didn't like it because it was so dirty and did my own cleaning in my room the duvet was so dirty it was so bad it sure of bin put in bin l started for two night and l went l was booket in for four night and breakfast so yes l sure of got my money back if not all some of it back
Overall damp feel to the lace, furniture wear and tear, bunks very squeaky, rooms too warm
Shower didn't work toilet didn't work properly
Filthy room and bathroom, light didn't work in the bedroom, no towels in the room, poor breakfast with only of each item including mushroom! Tired and falling apart but worst of all was the cleanliness
slimy pink shower unit, no loo roll, no towels, dirty, cramped
The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate but you get what you pay for so you wouldnt expect 5 star hotel.good location close to pleasure beach and sandcastle water park.
The room was quite cramped and there was a strange smell near reception.the room could do with decorating as wallpaper was peeling off the wall in bay window area.
The staff where very accommodating.
Filthy carpet in the room, very tight fit for the family although being advertised as a family room, very poor standard of decoration, too many things regarding the room to list really ... Didn't smell but looked like it should have done? Definitely wouldn't book to go again to this hotel, in fact wouldn't book to go back to Blackpool/Las Vegas of the uk, and someone told us "this is nothing you should see Blackpool at the weekend" ?.. No thanks !
Dirty sheets, lose toilet seat, no sink plug, cold, stained carpet, noisy. Not recommended!
Staff were friendly and helpful
Hotel needs updated, furniture falling apart and family room very small
The room was not as described, double bed and single bed crammed together without any space between them. Mattresses and pillows had no protectors on and when inspected there were hairs on pillows and mattresses. we were offered another room and did not want to stay there because the hotel did not smell clean. We were not refunded any of the monies and left. Definitely not the place to go if you expect cleanliness.
A terrible experience and I would advise anyone to stay away from this dump, whether it be a family or a group of men, this is the worst B&B I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty and sandy and had not been washed prior to the last people leaving, the shower was dirty, sandy, the shower head was broken and was leaking all night, the door to the room was jammed and had to be forced open each time we entered the room, the bathroom floor was rotting. The toilet was disgusting had not been cleaned for sometime, there was no toilet roll or soap. The room was rotting under the window sill and let in a draft from the window. We booked for 2 nights and were mis-sold this B&B and due to these conditions we left after one night of our 2 night stay, we’ve requested a refund but the B&B or booking.com don’t care. The breakfast was horrible. The B&B is clearly badly run down and in desperate need of refurbishment; do not be fooled by the photos on Booking.com.
