Friendly staff, right near beach. Also free parking at the hotel. I would have prefered a proper shower and not mixer taps. |

the bed was comfortable. i would have preffered a shower in en suite, there were cobwebs in room and the tea making facilities were poor, we had to keep asking for milk and although the breakfast was good the buffet style meant that people were queing while people were trying to get past to make toast and tea which was quite chaotic. also the room wasn't checked properly before we arrived because the previous occupant had left clothing in the wardrobe. |

Relaxed, friendly, clean & close to beach & the pleasure beach & Ripleys.Full English Breakfast was included. En suite bathroom, was basic but clean. Great value for money! We got some money off vouchers for some attractions & staff were helpful. There were a group of excitable young girls running around & making noise, at midnight. Had to go down to the reception and report them, they settled down quickly after that. Other than that is was fine |

Additional facilities, such as breakfast, bar and cabaret were available, however, I did not have time to enjoy these. Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy breakfast as the service finished at 9:30. Also the furniture in the rooms was slightly tatty and there was no teaspoon (very minor point, but worth mentioning)! |

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. I had booked a Twin room and they gave us a double but did then give us a single room free. we were told that there was some one on reception 24hrs however, when we returned to the hotel later in the evening it took us almost 45 mins to get back in. There was a long hair on my pillow when I got into bed and there was dust on the bedside cabinet and also an ornament which hadnt been dusted for a very long time. Overall though, I would recommend this hotel for a 1 one night stay. |

The staff were friendly if you spoke to them It was shocking that in the 3 nights we were there we didn't once get our room cleaned, bins emptied or clean towels. The breakfast each morning was swimming in grease the bacon burnt to a crisp. we wouldn't recomend this hotel to anyone |

The hotel was value for the price paid. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Most things were basic, but met our requirements. The hotel is situated near the Pleasurebeach, but a long way from the Tower and main shopping area. The shower unit wasnt the greatest and the buffet style breakfast, made for queues, while more food was being made. The breakfast period was 9-9.30am, which contributed to busy period in small space. |
