When we went out to watch the lights getting switched on
Hotel was minging
I've stayed in a few b&bs in Blackpool and you expect it's not going to be 5 star, but this place is by far the worst I've stayed in. The room was tiny and filthy, the bathroom door had a hole in and the entire room had a damp issue. I have seen cleaner carpets in a pub during a football match! To top it off I couldn't even have a brew in the morning as they didn't provide milk! Not suitable for anything other than renting it by the hour!
There was nothing l like it was so dirty
I didn't like it because it was so dirty and did my own cleaning in my room the duvet was so dirty it was so bad it sure of bin put in bin l started for two night and l went l was booket in for four night and breakfast so yes l sure of got my money back if not all some of it back
Overall damp feel to the lace, furniture wear and tear, bunks very squeaky, rooms too warm
Shower didn't work toilet didn't work properly
Filthy room and bathroom, light didn't work in the bedroom, no towels in the room, poor breakfast with only of each item including mushroom! Tired and falling apart but worst of all was the cleanliness
slimy pink shower unit, no loo roll, no towels, dirty, cramped
The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate but you get what you pay for so you wouldnt expect 5 star hotel.good location close to pleasure beach and sandcastle water park.
The room was quite cramped and there was a strange smell near reception.the room could do with decorating as wallpaper was peeling off the wall in bay window area.
Dirty sheets, lose toilet seat, no sink plug, cold, stained carpet, noisy. Not recommended!
Staff were friendly and helpful
Hotel needs updated, furniture falling apart and family room very small
Cheap night and close to the aqua park and pleasure beach.
Even for the price, the rooms weren't that good. The building looks completly old and the accomodations weren't that good.
Just wish there was more to do down stairs on a night
The shower not much power
We were made to feel very welcome and they catered for my husbands diet needs. Someone always on hand for anything.
Nothing to not like
the staff were very friendly ,room clean and tidy had shampoo ,soap plenty of tea and coffee etc.we ran out and just given more ,no problem.room big and quiet.no problems.breakfast lovely .such good value for money.
Shabby , old , dirty, pillows about 2"thick noisy beds, springs in mattress, hole in wall.,scratches on door , chipped plastering ,
Very close to pleasure beach Free car park Friendly staff Nice breakfast
Not very clean in rooms but ok considering the price we paid
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
The hotel needs updating, but it's what you should expect for a budget hotel.
good breakfast good night sleep nice sea view
beds were comfy, breakfast was nice, about it really. good customer service.
stunk of damp, damp walls in bathrooms, bedding ripped, toilets stunk, no remote for tv, couldn't watch tv in bed as as wrong angle, bottom line would not recommend.
Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, and smiley. Close to Pleasure Beach and right outside Tram stop. Pool table for children.
Needs some money spending re decor in bedrooms, our friends room had a broken bunk bed but was repaired immediately. With tape when reported. Small amount of food for cooked breakfast for the price. Weatherspoons up the road for a extra 50p and can get a large breakfast. With everything.
Nothing at all
The girl on reception was more interested in her phone. Being a pest controller I naturally had a scoot around and the place was extremely dirty and was riddled with bed bugs! They was told but didn't seem interested so I'm sure enviromental Heath will be interested
It's just needs a lot
Close to the Pleasure Beach
Hotel felt and smelt damp Mould in rooms Wallpaper hanging of the walls Windows in room wouldn't open Bunk beds were unsafe with safety rail hanging off Breakfast served to late between 9-10am only Game area was unsafe plug sockets hanging off the walls Poor lighting through halls and in rooms No lift for suitcases Shower leaked Poor bathroom facilities We were very disappointed with the state of the hotel. Did not feel safe with the poor electric's.
The hotel was reasonably priced and the staff were freindly. The bedding was clean and had been changed and we were given fresh towels on arrival.
The room was very not exactly clean, carpet not clean. Their was also an infestation of bed bugs. We stayed one night and between myself and my wife we had a total of over 200 bites over our bodies. Fortunately our children were not bitten. However it did lead to 2/3 unpleasant weeks with bites over our arms and legs.
