really friendly helpful staff Comfortable room Cheap price Located next to a tram stop
couldve been a bit cleaner Our room needed modernising, old furniture and damaged ceiling
Absolute fleapit. Should not be allowed to continue trading in its current state
room very dated and poorly decorated, walls were showing signs of damp, carpets are very worn, furniture has seen better days, window didn't lock properly and worst of all was the en suite silicone around the shower tray was black with mould and there were holes in the vinyl floor covering but the worst of all there were no towels so we could not even have a morning showere
We like staying at this hotel we have stayed a few times now the staff are always friendly
The shower in the room wasn't working properly and when it did the water was cold
Dirty toilet dirty room damp room smell of the ace absolutely Minging Lying staff
Very Dirty damp and mold everywhere the pictures on this site are NOT of the hotel as it is now if you look at the sign its a totally different name. Our bed consisted of 2 different size divan bases pushed together windows filthy and old sash cords broken so cant open windows all corridors are in darkness until you get half way down then lights turn on carpets very dangerous on the stairs all coming up while you walk on them. Broken windows everywhere boarded up i have lots of pictures but i don't know how to add to site avoid at all costs
There were no towels Wallpaper hanging of the walls ceilings were falling down overall a bit of a dump
Everything, room was cramped, dirty, dropping to bits, bunk beds to wobbly to sleep in had to put mattress on floor, bathroom filthy and mouldy had to clean loo before we could use it. Window didn't close as broke, curtains dirty too. Just generally yuk so glad it was only one night made me feel yukky and I couldn't wait to get home for a hot shower in a clean bathroom. Please don't book here it needs a health inspection!!
breakfast was good.staff friendly and helpful the manager was very pleasant and accommodating friendly.Handy for the tram and bus ..
only one pillow each and very flat quilt covers did not fasten properly ,curtains to long, when you get out of bed at the window side you stand on the curtains.Few times the phone rang at the desk and no one answered it ,there was a room where they sat in you would think from there they answer the phone, before i went down to blackpool tried to phone the hotel know i know why thats not very good. Looked into the bar area few times and no one was behind the bar.Could do with been updated in the rooms ,and headboards that actually fit the beds windows need cleaned inside and outside.and shower doors.
Very Cheap, good location
Dirty, broken door, wallpaper peeling off the ceiling and walls, shower don't work etc etc etc.......
Close to Pleasure Beach
Our "family room" was tiny. The furniture and curtains had seen better days. There was no remote for the television in the room the staff had to come to the room with another remote to switch it on. There were not enough sockets in the room meaning there were two extention cables! There was a cobweb adjoining the bathroom light to the shower curtain which had obviously been there a while. The shower head hold was broken meaning we had to crouch and hold the shower head to wash. My 7 yr old son was given a cracked glass to drink out of at the bar. I had to ask for a light to be put on at the bar to which the light above the pool table was switched on. There was no lightbulb in the gents toilets in the evening. There was no heating in the room it was supposedly on a timer but it didn't come on. We asked for an iron and were given one with no ironing board. The towel rail in the bathroom was broken leaving sharp edges exposed not good for young children. We spent most of the day trying to avoid returning to the hotel. I don't expect the Ritz but for what I paid I wouldn't have expected a toilet. Trading standards should shut this place down!!
We didn't stay as we felt the place was run down and unclean
Room was a broom cupboard, shower did not work. Smelt fusty
This hotel is absolutely stinking. Nothing like pictures and not as described. Beds were filthy, blood stains on quilt, not even hoovered, dirt all over window ledges, curtains were all yellow stains, toilet seat was broken, toilet roll holder was broken, holes in walls, water damage all over bathroom ceiling. Had to ask for towels and was only provided with 2 for 4 people for 2 nights. In the hall way the ceiling was falling down. In the dining area the was a bed sheet put on table as table cover which was so gross. Do not stay here people you will regret it. They take your money up front even though on there page they say they won't take payment until day of arrival. That's because you wouldnt pay once you get there. There was a hole in bed also and they had filled it with 2 chopping boards.
I could hear snoring from next room.... !
room was not overly clean
very nice staff were treated well, comfy bed
windows were so dirty coudnt sea our sea view, breakfast was terrible payed £4 per person n hardly touched it, and unless ur stay is for the pleasure beach its so far away from everything

The sheets were dirty. The room was cramped and dirty. The breakfast was meager.the parking is horrendous.

As this was a last minute cheap booking i didnt expect the ritz but booking two rooms for my family i didnt expect a room with 2 single beds, although it was very clean and staff where great!!
The single beds where very uncomfortable and not easy to sleep on.
