The hotel was an absolute disgrace. The room was filled with cobwebs, the TV did not work, the sheets were stained, windows were broken with glass missing and other windows would not close; leaving them to bang open all night in the wind keeping us up all night. The room was smaller than a prison cell and the staff were rude. We were not permitted to change rooms in light of the above and were not allowed a refund. The hotel ruined our holiday.

Very Clean, staff were very friendly and on cal 24/7. Good views from our window. Area was very quiet. Great Value for money and just a great over all experience i would recommend if anybody wants a great time away in Blackpool with a great budget to try this hotel. Will be going back myself.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They made sure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was lovely. Good value for money.

The rooms are basic but are good enough for the price. The beds are extremely comfy and the room had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Very good.

We arrived to no towels or toilet roll in the room and had to go downstairs to ask for them.

The hotel pictures when we booked the hotel was nothing like it was in real.

Very friendly staff,very helpful,if your on a tight budget and don't expect all the bells and whistles of a more expensive stay somewhere else then I would stay here.

Everything as the hotel was dirty, bunkbed for the kids was falling apart. It was noisy from drunken guests every night which made us leave a day early due to lack of sleep.

it was dirty nasty scruffy smelly place to stay ,i was disgusted in the rooms terrible decor and wudnt even attempt to eat breakfast there, ive done nothing but itch after my stay there, we paid 3 nights n went after 2 the kids were upset that we had to go home due to the state of the place ,i would never stay there again its minging.

Booking confirmation said could check in at 2:30. Owner would not allow until 3pm. Made me stand in reception. Room was dirty and smelt of smoke. Cleaner walked in whilst I was in bed.

Absolutely disgustingly filthy! Sink had hairs all over it where somebody had obviously shaved prior to our stay. Shower leaked on tiny bathroom floor from previous people but was so dirty that none of us would use it. We had booked the biggest room in hotel for 6 people, beds were dirty, room was not clean at all. Smoke alarm was going off right outside our room from 3am until we checked out at 9am so nobody got any sleep.

Over charged me and still have refunded. Wont answer phone when I ring and haven't got back to my voicemails, the bath moved when I attempted to bath, cobwebs everywhere. We booked a double room which to our surprise had abother single bed in so no space to move. Toilet seat broke. Decoration was fowl, wallpaper stapled on. Overall the room was filthy. Exkept. Our bedding. Soggy pillowcase was left on our dressing table (if you call a piece of wood attached to two wardrobes)

For £20 it was a bargain the bed was comfy The guy on reception was very friendly accommodating.

Run down dump on the south end of Blackpool not reccomended, room was dirty and in need of tlc. Warren of small corridors very noisy laundry left on landing no one does your room, has had its day.

Staff was friendly, room was cozy and warm and was value for money.

No heating in the room considering it was minus degrees,

Me and my friend just wanted a place to lay our head for the night as we came for a night out. You get what you pay for, welcoming friendly manager. Very basic but very cheap! Would recommend if not picky about luxuries! Bedding clean, no complaints. Just somewhere to sleep. Great for stag and hen parties!!

Only thing that I was uncomfortable with was the window. Very dirty on the outside and in and there were no towels but we brought our own. Very basic, for the price I was satisfied!

Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us.

Room could have been cleaner and the room was poorly maintained with the door coming off its hinges, shower didn't work properly, no toilet roll holder etc.
