the hotel was dirty and run down.the landlady seem to think it was funny giving us a room 3 flights up as I have got a bad back.also joked about payment I made saying it was monopoly money.when it was Scottish money.we wouldn't stay here again if they paid us its probably the worst hotel in blackpool.we also didn't get the room we booked.after a night out we went back a bit early there was a strong smell of curry it made us both sick.guess that's what the do in there country they are both from india.
can't say there's anything we liked about staying there was.the staff we're cheaky and arrigent.if your looking for a good stay in blackpool i'd defo pass on this hotel.
A bit in need of make over
They were given the place a lick of paint, so smelt a little bit of paint but not in the room. Not really a dislike because they were actually making the place look fresher. Thanks.
Stayed for a 3 nights and was very pleasantly surprised. Booked a room with a 4 poster princess bed because of my 5 year old girl. Very nice, clean and comfy Very close to the sea front but not noisy. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. A* for a enjoyable family stay.
very dirty the dust on the skirting boards was inches thick had to put kettle on the floor to reach the plug needs a total re vamp
Slow service Rooms unclean
Room was a large closet very tight. The same for the bath, post stamp size. It could have used a good cleaning.

Our greeting was warm and friendly, shown to our room straight away, breakfast times were explained and if we had any problems just to go to reception, we were extremely comfortable and nothing was too much trouble, a very nice atmosphere, and the breakfasts were lovely and made to a high standard.
