The Jacc's Suite is the main function room, which can accommodate for up to 60 people, there are syndicate rooms available for smaller meetings. Reception will take care of all printing, photocopying and faxing requirements.
Outdoor Activities:
Guests can enjoy the beautiful countryside and Warwickshire's best kept village in the garden at the Golden Lion Hotel. There are plenty of walks in the area, aswell as the Oxford Canal, where you can hire barges.
Just a short drive away are many of the finest stately homes and castles in the country.
Famous for the origin of the game, Rugby and the surrounding area, has many outdoor activities available.
Spa Activities:
Relax, unwind and soak up the atmosphere in the traditional, original bar. Enjoy a late brunch, afternoon tea or an evening cocktail. Treat yourself to some pampering and allow us to arrange a treatment in the comfort of your own bedroom.

Very warm welcome when we arrived at 9.00pm. Much recent investment. Excellent quality for fixtures, fittings, bed linen etc. Good choice of local beers. We sat outside. Very good breakfast with high standard of produce. Would recommend this place and would go back again.if we ever had to return to the area. |

Staff were friendly and helpful, a double room at £55 per night B&B was very good value. When we booked it this website was showing an executive double but there must be a delay between this and the hotel's system as the hotel called the next day to say that room wasn't now available but a traditional double was. Later that day there was a cancellation so they were able to put us in the room we had originally booked. I was pleased with the way they handled this mix up. The food is very average and quite expensive for what it is. I had the fish and chips. While the fish was ok the chips were pretty poor being quite dry, standard ready processed pub chips. I think it cost around £8-9. |

Excellent room - 4 poster Chinese bed. Had very nice furnishings and bathroom. Great village just outside Rugby. Great restaurant for atmosphere and wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend. Room was big enough for furnishings and two people but not much more. |

My partner and I stayed here as we fancied time to ourselves.The room was very comfortable, the best nights sleep we'd had in ages although we would have prefered a traditional room the executive one had everything we needed though. Our evening meals were delicious and there was a good choice at Breakfast. We left the hotel feeling refreshed and would definitely stay there again |

The Hotel is near to main routes but has the feel of a country hotel / pub. The place is exceptional value. The attached pub food is excellent and of a reasonable price. All the rooms share the same layout and are clean and the furnishings are excellent quality. May sound funny but the bathroom is nice and roomy and the shower is superb. |

Accommodation being separate from pub but nice to have on site for evenng meal and a drink afterwards. We loved the old world decor, food excellent and staff v friendly. We didn't realise how far out from town centre. Our room was on the small sideand carpet needed replacement. Otherwise v comfortable. |

room was furnished with interesting period furniture and there was a four poster bed but also all mod cons such as hairdryer.flat screen tv and whirlpool bath Having to walk outside to the adjacent bar for food. Only 10 yds or so but it did involve going out into the snowy night. |

The room was very clean and comfortable and equipped to a good standard the breakfast was good also The reception area was closed when we arrived at around 10pm we had to get somebody from the bar it was raining and my party were stood outside unable to get into reception out of the rain |

The food was excellent particularly the early bird meals, and having the option for smoked almon and scrambled egg for breakfast was wonderful. The inability to get a hand written VAT receipt, I did in the end but it was note paper and the VAT number written by hand, it would be nicer if there was a printed pad. |
