Great hotel very clean, great staff very very helpful. Food was divine and reasonable. Great location for shopping either city or trafford shopping center, beside Old Trafford Manchester Uniteds's ground. Great rate for family room. Nothing the hotel was 1st class no complaints whatsoever, would recommend this hotel to everyone. Price though will rise dramatically when Manchester United play at home.

Friendliness of the reception staff - the welcome we received and help to make the best of our stay was really appreciated. Unfortunately there was a smell of raw sewage in the bathroom that could not be overcome by any amount of running water or flushing of the loo. This was off putting to say the least.

Staff were fantastic. Hotel was in perfect location for man united game. Food there is very good and reasonable. Situated right next to old trafford. Rooms very comfortable. Nothing really, price small bit costly do but more than likely because its next to old trafford and also because of match weekend

Extremely comfortable mattress Staff were friendly and helpful when you did get their attention Very good breakfast options despite dining room being busy- it was a man u match day Quiet at night despite the hotel being so full and busy Not enough staff at the desk at busy times (eg checkout)so always a queue for attention Much too long a wait for the taxi from the company they used for the booking-30 mins is unacceptable

Design of the hotel room is good, simple and practical with enough shelves to put enough stuffs. Also like the self service snacks, ice cream, drinks etc. Restaurant staffs are polite. Only Comment is the instant coffee given is slightly short.

The hotel could not have been more convenient for our purpose (Manchester United football game). My daughter (15 years) got free breakfast, which was great value anyway. The x50 Express bus to the city has a stop right outside the hotel. Don't expect the room to be large. Internet access was not included, and making a phone call from the room not possible without credit card.
