Clean and new. Very friendly and helpful staff. Right opposite Old Trafford and The Quays. Spacious family room with all the facilities. Breakfast was great. Meal at night was average - warm instead of hot and could of been a bit tastier.

Season ticket holder for MUFC and this is The best hotel I have stayed in when visiting Manchester. I was Lucky enough to get the room and I can understand why it is always booked out. Excellent hotel. Will definitely stay again, and have already recommended it to family and friends. No need for this section on the review tab.

Great location being next to old trafford stadium and a bustop right outside for trip to city or to the huge Trafford Centre shopping centre.Staff very friendly and helpful . I can see this hotel has really improved over the years also lots to choose from at breakfast. Nothing we did nt like but reducing rates on a matchday would be good

We came for a game at Old Trafford. Location was ideal. Loved your friendly staff, Brilliant breakfast, Evening meal was very well cooked, presented and ample. The room was spotless.Took a stroll down the Quays. Very convenient to The Lowry and War Museum. The position of the tv in the room but that's being ridiculously 'pickey'!

Fantastic location for anyone visiting Old Trafford. We had a great view of the stadium from our room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Also, a bus stop right outside the hotel with buses up to every 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
