The rooms were very comfortable, clean and facalities available. The food in the restaurant was good and not too expensive. The location just across the road from Old Trafford was superb for me and my friends. |

The hotel was lovely,staff were very nice and the location to Manchester United Football Club was perfect. The hotel is right across the road from old trafford. Although it was handy that u could order food from your room. You had to go downstairs when it was ready to collect it and bring it back up. That would be the only negative. |

Room not made up for 4 people as it should have been, no housekeeping - gone home so receptionist and myself had to make the beds. Breakfast was cold. Restaurant staff let the hotel down - didn't get our food order correct, had to wait for sauces for our meat by the time it had arrived the food was cold, not pleasant staff. |

clean, bright modern hotel, food was very good, staff nice although our room was very nice , We had very poor night sleep due to the location of a floodlight under our window sill that was on all night and shone into our room.....think it was rm 321? Suggest blackout blinds. |

The Breakfasts were wonderful, the hotel was spotless. The staff were excellent. The location was excellent. The staff made my little girls day when they gave her Alex the bear to look after, they made her feel really special. Thank you We had two double beds in our room and one of them sloped into the middle when you got on it, also someone knocked on my door at 4 in the morning looking for 'mark' and I couldnt get back to sleep after that. |

Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent compared to other hotels with plenty of choice. Room was warm. Bathroom was clean and lots of hot water for bath and shower. room needed light above dressing table mirror. security light flooded into our room all night. Bathroom floor flooded when shower used. |

The location was excellent as we were going to a match plus we didn't need to travel for food or drinks as the restaurant and bar were very good. Security slightly overbearing on return from the match. |

Cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Also even though the rooms were in relation to other hotels, cheap, it did not seem that way. Excellant value throughout! |

It was very close to the area we needed to vist. Our room was not made up for the number of people staying.we had a family room but only made up for two.not enough staff on during check in and also was asked to pay for breakfast but it was already booked.bar staff for saturday evening one only 8 minutes for a drink. |

I was given a room which was already occupied by another couple. As well as being a hugely embarrassing experience it raised a few concerns for me re security of rooms - how easy would it have been for someone else to so effortlessly gain access to my room as I had been able to with this other room? In addition, after an extremely long journey and tiring day the problem resulted in even further delay re me gaining access to my room. No apology was given and the complaint I registered 3 times (each time I checked, I was told there was no record of a complaint) remains unresponded to. It is for this reason I would have second thoughts about ever using a Premier Inn again or recommend it to a friend, which is regretful. |
