Bedroom walls are too thin

The location was perfect for what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The room smelled musty, the toilet kept running all night, fault with the flushing.

there was no tv , no hot water , no wi fi ,

This hotel is very close to shopping and train station 5 minutes walk. The staff were very helpful with getting checked in and making sure that everything was good with our stay. Could be classed more as a Bed & Breakfast than a hotel. There was plenty of parking available. The original English Breakfast was made fresh to order which was really nice.

The wireless internet was intermittent. The hot water did not get hot.

Conveniently situated for rail and shops, friendly staff, comfortable and clean room

Paperthin walls, lots of noice from other room. No bread for breakfast, only toast.

Amazingly helpful staff ...

Nice welcome. Room very comfortable but small but as I spent very little time there this was of no consequence. The shower was very efficient and roomy. Having breakfast served. Staff very helpful.

Although the shower was good there was no where to place shower gel, shampoo etc whilst in the shower. Nowhere to hang the towel which needed to dry out. I stated that I was 'gluten free' diet but the girl serving breakfast didn't understand when I tried to tell her. I would have come prepared had I realised that coeliacs were not catered for.

V. friendly staff. Accommodating in regards to breakfast in the morning and booking us a taxi to get to greenwich park.

The duvets were very thin and small. My friend and I are both over 6".

On showering the water was often cold or barely warm. Room was very small. I don't think this is a 4 star hotel but a good B&B.

Location and easy parking.

More like a Hostel than Hotel, bathroom so small had to sit sideways on toilet, cold water in sink, boiling water in shower when you could get it to work, stale breakfast cerials, very cheap food,dining room in cellar, do not belive their website, would not recommend or stay ther again.

Room could have been a little warmer. There was no extra blanket available if needed.

The Owners of the premises were very welcoming and helpful.

It should not be classed as a hotel - this is very much a B&B establishment.

Lovely the room and excellent value. The breakfast was delicious although I would not call a "full English" as described by the staff.

The bathroom was very small, it felt as though they had converted the house into a hotel and squashed as many rooms in as possible.

When we arrived we were meet by a memeber of staff sitting at the entrance door smoking which meant we had to walk through a cloud of smoke before we could book in we very nearly drove away. Apart from this awful start everything was fine I thought the kitchen was lovely & clean
