All staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value breakfast. Convenient for RAH and Kensington Park. Surprised by "street noise" all night. Perhaps double-glazing! could help. |

The food in the bistro is excellent. The staff are superb Often delay in coffee and tea to being provided in the lounge. There are no facilities to make your own hot drinks in rooms. |

I can only say we were expecting something better: suite rather small, bathroom ok, good reception, nice free cup of tea upon arrival, no service when you come in with your suitcase and someone picks it up after you've been up all outside stairs leading to the porch. Downstairs toilets not worthy of such a hotel (very small) Junior (or whatever) suite for parents and one 15 years old child: lack of privacy with child, no proper bed for child, but only a regular camp bed ... nothing to get excited about for a 4 stars hotel. Hotel much too far from tube stations. Breakfast at a ridiculously high price compared to, for example, the Montreux Palace in Switzerland, which is a Deluxe 5 stars hotel ... so, we did not test... |

Everything was perfect and clean, no complaints what so ever. Breakfast was the normal buffetstyle breakfast, large enough to start a day of shopping |

convenience and near to the albert hall breakfasts are far two expensive. Normally when you buy an english breakfast the continental is included. The room rate is high and should have at least included a continental breakfast. |

The Pelham Hotel, petite, placed close to some shops, friendly staff. I was very disappointed that the hotel had not contacted me the morning of our reservation to inform us of the change. Arriving at our destination to find a change was not pleasing. |

The general atmosphere, the kindness of the hotel staff Very small room on the fifth floor, lift went only until the fourth floor, not a problem but not what you expect from a five star hotel. |
