The Grafton Boutique B&B  

The large superior double room (16) was fabulous and spacious.

The Breakfasts were high quality. But we felt that the cooked breakfasts were eggs orientated The cooked English breakfast needed more items, or increase in sausages and mushrooms. Perhaps pastries and Muffins as an alternative, and offer hot water extra to add to tea pot, as no more tea was offered. Waiter was less than enthusiastic and asked mundane question every morning, no conversation..

We had a beautiful room at the front of the hotel, as the hotel is in a very mixed suburban environment, we thought we had made a big mistake booking this hotel, and were ready for the worse however, this hotel is a real hidden gem, friendly staff, great breakfast, and really close to town centre for restaurants . Would stay again no problem

parking could be an issue

We stayed at the Grafton Boutique b&b for 3 nights in April 2011 and loved it. The room was lovely and very clean and we would have no hesitatoin in recommending friends and family to stay there. The parking was not a problem and at night there was no noise or disturbance what so ever. The breakfast was perfect and the staff were polite and attentive should you require any assistance. Betty's tearoom is a must. Perfect

very welcoming - I did not need anything extra- everything provided for me. It was easily accessible for both the railway station, bus services, eating out, and shopping.

Quality of fittings throughout the entire hotel. Bedroom and en-suite superb with great TV. Attentive staff in dining room with freshly cooked food and good choice breakfast menu.

Lovely room, lovely shower - the best i've had in a long time! Staff were nice and everything really clean. Late checkout time too of 11am which is great.

Breakfast only served till 8.45am yet check out not till 11am; would have been nice to have breakfast a bit later on.

The room had a small bathroom which for a luxury room was a little disappointing.

A very well appointed small hotel. Beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Good location for exploring Harrogate, quiet area close to the town centre. Good on street parking. Breakfast was excellent, good choice and freshly cooked.
