Der Aufenthalt war gut. Das Bad war sauber , Essen gab es auch reichlich, besonders die Auswahl an frischem Obst. Für "Entdecker" eignet sich das Hotel gut für 1-2 Übernachtungen |

I left at one in the morning to go and stay in the Holiday Inn Express. I booked an en-suite, the shower head needed bleaching, the extractor fan needs cleaning, the en-suite is enclosed in corrugated metal. The room faced the front and was noisy due to single glazing and too light as there are no blackout curtains. I switched the light on as I could sleep and realised that there was a milk carton under the chest of drawers which definitely wasn't mine, so I left as I didn't want to wake up in the hotel. The door could not be locked from the inside, which is inappropriate for a single female. There are closer, cleaner, more central options that I would recommend. The taxi to the centre is £5 each way. |

the hotel was nice and clean and had secure parking at rear(£5 extra). only about 10 mins walking to town centre and 15 mins to metro radio arena. we were there for boxing. would recomend this hotel. the staff were freindly, but when we walked in the cleaners were arguing. it was like a scene from fawlty towers. |

Room was fine, bed comfortable Shower head was very black, and needs cleaning urgently.Why is bedside lamp not plugged in requiring the bed to be moved out from the wall to find the plug which is on the opposite side to the lamp? |

Close to exhibition venue and good value with a very secure car park Decor bit shabby but clean. Don't rely on the post code in your sat nav. |

The room is very small (2x2m plus restroom), I asked for one in which wifi internet is available but they don't gave me it, I had to use the wifi connection in the sharing room. Breakfast is ok and the rooms are quite clean even if bed was unconfortable, but for one night is a good choice. very noise, walla are thin and I weaked up sometimes during night when near people went to sharing restroom. |

Food was ok I was tricked out of £5 for car parking ,as there was no available parking space on street at time of booking in, by the time i had brought in our case a parking space became available,but i was refused my money back. Next morning when i again asked for my money back the person on duty said,me no understand,as usual with this type of person,but by the time i had a few words with him he did understand very well i asure you |

Staff were helpful The room had no wardrobe which is very unusual. Contrary to the advertising text, most rooms do not have internet access. The room was very small and basic. |

The grainger is excellently placed just outside of the city centre, easy to get to (taxi around £5) Staff very easy going and has a 24hr front desk which is ideal for a group of lads hitting the toon. |

nothing. the worst hotel I have stayed in.rude staff.can,t believe booking,com would represent this hotel! noisey.location is awful. my wife felt uneasy and nervous.shared bathroom for ten rooms!!!!!!!! needs removing from your web site.I use booking.com all the time but this as made me very nervous. very disappointed.0 out of 10. |

stff very helpfula the guests in the next room kept me awake mostof the night. I discused this withnbthe night receptionist and in fairness, it was dealt with swiftly. Unfortunately, this affected my work the next day and also gave a negative percetion of what type of guest frequents the place so I wont stay there again |
