The hotel was excellent, we really enjoyed it...
liked it all
pulled tv on wall and there was all dust on the bracket !!!!
good sized room, comfortable bed, very clean, room service staff were helpful and friendly.
a little noisy from other guests passing the room at early hours.
Room was upgraded on arrival at the hotel.
The staff were friendly & helpful. The pool amenities were excellent. We included breakfast which was good value.
Evening meals expensive so ate out. Recommend La Traviatta Italian restaurant in Civic Centre Road
Concierge on Friday 17/10/14 and same person on Saturday 18/10/14 watched me carry heavy bags in and out of the hotel without once offering to help. As a business owner I would be very disappointed to know my front line staff were letting me down like this.
Location - cleanliness and staff were very friendly :-)
There was any bottled water in room. The cold tap was warm at first took a while to cool.
clean and in a good location
booked a delux king and it was no bigger than a standard premier inn room to which for the cast i could have had several night instead of just the one i was thinking spoil myself and partner but nooooo i was dissapointed
It is our anniversary at the same time as the Boat Show and we always go down for 2 or 3 nights stay.
Very noisy air conditioning, rooms are in need of a revamp? We don't always eat in the Hotel because the food is not necessarily 4 star quality and lacks innovation. Sad to say - typical Hotel food.
staff and meals excellent
The top suite that I occupied had no phones no room service menu not even a pen!
Location was fine, breakfasts were acceptable, and staff friendly and helpful.
We were disappointed with the quality of the first two rooms that were offered to us! The first being dirty, dark and not as we had requested with our booking, the second room was also unacceptable with a mattress overhanging the bed base by a good 6 inches! As this hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel we had expected a higher standard of accommodation.
When i arrived at the Devere i was very tired and had got very wet in the rain, i met a housekeeper outside my room and she arranged for me to have a nice dressing gown so that i could change straight away to get warm, it was a nice greeting and i had a lovely stay overnight befor getting on the Azura for a cruise , will certainly stay again as the staff are lovely. Susan from London
As we were embarking on our first cruise, the hotel was the perfect choice. The staff were very patient, polite and helpful. The room was great and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
The parking charge.
Quick checking in, polite staff, clean rooms, lovely decor throughout.
Very slow at booking out, only one member of staff dealing with this. Car park charges
Arrived early, but were able to check in to rooms immediately. Reception staff very amiable and housekeeping very accommodating. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had extensive choice and of good quality.
That we couldn't stay longer,
Good value for money

Ambience, room, location staff friendly and helpful
We booked dinner in the restaurant and I Had to return my main course twice because it was poorly cooked and inedible...resulted in no charge but also no meal!
The restaurant was cold and the food whilst good quality was not cooked to our satisfaction.
