I liked being very close to the seaside. It was very nice to be able to walk to restrurants and shopping. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff very friendly. It was a what I expected from a 4 star hotel I would have preferred a later checkout without being charged 20 pounds for a couple of hours. I had a late afternoon meeting and would have liked a 2:00 checkout with the extra charge. |

It was near to where I was working and I felt safe and comfortable The checking in process was lengthy, the systems crashed on several occassions and the electronic keys failed to work, many, many times - annoying when you have to check out fast after breakfast and you have to queue to get a new key |

Yes - your room key cards didn't work and I needed to wait for a hotel employee to find the time to let me in my room. Also it was hot and there was no aircon for the room. With the window open it was noisy. |

Hotel and staff really friendly and helpful. Would like to thank young blond lady on reception with help re our cancelled flights. Also Mahmood (Egyptian) in restaurant and his brother (this is a joke I think) a tall gent with glasses and suit (maybe restaurant manager) great guys. Room a wee bit dingy but we upgraded to balcony room so fine |

Breakfast! The room was not what we booked, when we queried this we were told there were no other rooms available and we were 17th in the queue. The door man was unhelpful and rude (and later just not present at the desk and we were kept waiting for an unacceptably very long time), dragged my dress along the floor and left the car unlocked. |

I like the locality of the of the hotel, but thought the staff were very unfriendly and kept you waiting for quite a time, which we found a bit disappointing. We felt that the hotels standards have slipped since our recent stay in December 08. I did not like the fact that the waiting staff at breakfast kept us waiting for tea and toast for 20 minutes. When i questioned this i was told that the staff our new and not sure what they are doing? Not what you would expect to hear from the Devere staff! |

We thought our bedroom was very comfortable - both the beds, bedlinen and the other furniture. We would have liked feather pillows as the 'plastic' pillows became very hot during the night. I appreciated the bathrobe so that I could go down to swim ready changed. I thought your pool was very good and enjoyed swimming there. I thought there should have been a lift to access the pool. I thought all hotels were now required to cater for disabilities and, the fact that this pool could only be accessed by a winding staircase with uncomfortable treads for walking on with bare feet, was a definite 'con' rather than a 'pro' point for me, particularly as I was having difficulty walking. |

Lovely comfotable room and the happy and arrentive behaviour of all the staff we came into contact with My wife feels that the bed in the room should have a valance around it, as the bare sides didnot do justice to the rest of the decor |
