Vaihdettuamme huoneen niin uusi huone oli mukava. Kun hotelli antaa huoneen olisi huomioitava asiakkaan oleskelun pituus. Meillä oli 5 yötä. Ensimmäinen huone joka meille annettiin oli todella surkea ja pimeä. Ei minkään näköistä näköalaa ja humisevat ilmastointilaitteet. Olin pyytänyt varauksessa mahdollisimman korkealle mutta silti annettiin pyynnöistä huolimatta huone toisessa kerroksessa. |

The location was very good for us as a base to visit and explore the region. The room was great at the end of a long day. We used the spa/ pool which were very relaxing. Food in the resturant was outstanding and the bar made for a good place to relax and have a drink. All in all it was a very good break for us.0 |

Hotel staff definitely! They are warm and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good. The dessert menu was awsome and they serve it even at room which is good. The sauna, massage and every thing was just good. In total, I recommend anyone this hotel if he or she wants to enjoy her stay in Southampton. The first night I had a noisy neighbour but the next day they changed my room and even they upgrade it free of charge. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. |

Good location. Room was rather 'jaded'. TV was old and had a very poor picture; sheets, although changed each day, had rather strange marks on them. There was no air conditioning or heating control and we would have preferred not to have been placed in a room for the disabled. |

I though the staff were very friendly and willing to point you in the right direction of facilities/nearest shops etc. And they made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself was very posh and classy. I thought the room was a bit too basic, and not as nice as the rest of the hotel, but apart from that, everything was brilliant! |

Gym facilities The bed had a big dip in it, the room was cold (I contacted the staff on the first night but it wasn't sorted) and the shower looked yellow. However, I'd like to think that this was just on a one off for the hotel as I was booked in at the last minute. This is because on arrival they had no record of my booking which had been paid in advance. I had to give my card details to authorise the booking. |

Staff where friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Food in the Restaurant was superb and the service excellent. The bar area was great to relax in. Check out!! Only one member of staff on the desk so we had a wait of about 15 - 20 mins. Also had 2 items on our bill which we didn't have. These where removed when we pointed it out. |

Very helpful staff, lent us an umberella to go shopping as was chucking it down! Comfortable bed and good facilities in the room, bath and shower all good. Cleanliness was a bit woeful, in the corners of the bathroom there was an accumulation of dust in the door hinges. In the dining area we only had breakfast but the carpet looked in need of at least a good hoover if not replacing! There was a paper hat under one chair probably left from the previous evenings party! Should have been cleared away though! |
