Very relaxing evening in the spa and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in all in all an excellent night
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Terrific breakfast.
Place is getting very shabby; peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet in restaurant. Dinner was nice but very expensive for what it was (steak).
Convenient secure parking. Helpful and friendly staff. Tasteful decor made for a relaxed atmosphere. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices.
Parking was extra at £10 per 24hr. Could have been included for hotel guests?
The convinence of being close to west quay shopping centre
Hotel has been revamped sad before had great ambiance (grand piano taken away from bar) not the only guests to be disappointed by this
I like the location of the hotel, and nothing you asked for was too much trouble which was nice.
Felt the breakfast Choice was a bit limited for a 4 star hotel. Also the 10 pound per day parking charge should be waived or lowered for guests staying at the hotel.
Great location for shopping and the city centre. Very well presented hotel and friendly reception staff.
Initially confronted by a drunken guest at the main entrance upon arrival which was not nice to see. Bedroom was dusty, bathroom mirror streaky and old scratched plastic cups. Restaurant menu is limited. Spent a lot of time waiting to be served and the waitresses seemed to focus attention on the more regular guests? Very disappointing stay, swapped to this more expensive hotel from the Mercure! Bad decision
Bed was comfortable Staff were helpful and friendly. Room size was good Car park was big
Lifts were terribly slow and frustrating Hotel was too expensive for the quality we received. Pool and changing facilities were dirty and smelled. There was a light broken in the pool which just had red and white warning tape round it. Breakfast was expensive.
Just a stones throw from the cruise terminals, all just a short taxi ride away.
Short on lifts in busy periods.
very tired in place, someone had been smoking in the room we were allocated and as non smokers was unacceptable.
Helpful staff Accommodation
Lack of information about parking Food [choice] The time it took to obtain your order Bed was hard TV few channels
Everything about our stay was amazing we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best
Nothing was wrong at all
every thing and plan to stay later in the year.We thought the breakfast was best we had ever had in a hotel thankyou .
the cost for food & drinks, too expensive at the restaurant and the bar.
The hotel was amazing, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The best hotel we've stayed at in a very long time!
The showers did tend to go either very hot or very cold, couldn't seem to get a consistent temperature
Location for the cruise terminals
Needs a full refurbishment Parking is a bit of a lottery Service was extremely poor Appeared to be more like a 'Stag & Hen' venue; couldn't get anywhere near the bar & no waiters / waitresses! Too little staff in the restaurant and quality below average at best. This used to be a top class hotel but has now deteriorated massively
Staff and food excellent
Spa pool in tge swimming ares wad a little disappointing . Not very bubbly!!
Excellent location, large room
Room a bit jaded, heating not working in bathroom
The offer was excellent value for money; bed, breakfast and dinner. The food was brilliant. One of the best nights sleep ever in a hotel.
the spacious bedroom the fact that you complied with my request to be near the lift
food - & choice of meals were not what we expect from such a good hotel the restaurant was quite cold the curtains in our room would not close properly
the location is good for bars/resturants. the room was big, the bed was really comfatable, we went to watch the footy which was only a 30min walk, will be returning again in the summer :-) .
On a late booking we got an excellent rate a d room. A short walk through the old city walls to Oxford Street for the restaurants
Nothing negative to say
Cold breakfasts, cold pool, extra cost for parking(£10 per day is alot),noisy corridors
Staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, the standard of accommodation was excellent. It was excellent value for money, will be returning.
Comfortable bed, very quiet.
Parking should be included in the price
