Spa facilities reasonable. Rooms and bathrooms small and un-welcoming, avoid rooms from hell overlooking building site! Staff, mostly take it or leave it attitude. Food in restaurants only average and very, very expensive. Drinks in bar and wine lists in restaurant bordering on taking the piss prices. Parking an absolute nightmare, overall fair to crap! |

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were surrounded with a feeling of luxury, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. In fact I had the feeling that they were discreetly waiting to turn the page of my newspaper if I needed it. The spa facilities were extremely good, the subdued lighting made it even more relaxing. It might seem a small issue, however it was extremely annoying.........the W.C. was so close to the sink basin and the wall that you could not open or close the w.c. lid without removing the toilet roll from it's holder. |

The location was perfect being situated on the esplanade where you had good views of the bay and were within short walking distance of the town centre. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. The spa facility was excellent. |

Very attentive staff, lovely decor, gives a feeling of luxury, very good choice at breakfast. Rooms at the back look straight out at a building site at the moment. |

Yes very much but we only stayed for one night. The shower was confusing to use as if you turned it the wrong way by mistake the floor got drenched, and there was little power in the shower. |

The hotel stay was efficient for my business trip. The checking in and checking out was swift and painless and breakfast was also good. The price range was perfect at approx. £80 per night. My last trip to Jersey I had to stay in another hotel as the quoted price was £200 per night. I appreciate though that was in August. |

The fabulous view from our bedroom and plenty of quiet areas to have a drink The traffic noise when sitting on the outside terrace slightly spoilt the enjoyment of the breathtaking view but you cannot have this sort of location without traffic noise |

The spa and the excellent 3 Tassili restaurant The staff where not organised in the bar and terrace area during the dat and night time. I felt that they had a staffing problem because some of the staff seemed well trained but quite a few were unhelpful or just unable to answer basic questions. |

The staff in the restaurant, choice and standard of food was excellent. We found all the staff extremely helpful in reception, foyer etc. Champagne lounge service very slow. Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings the staff catered more for parties/groups of people not residents. Requests were politely taken but never delivered. However the champagne cocktails that we tried through the week were fantastic. |

The staff were particularly courteous and friendly...nothing was too much trouble. The spa was divine and the food excellent. The only small point was that our bathroom was sweltering and the air com in the room did not seem to work very efficiently. |
