The price was amazing, appearance of building and reception fabulous, apartment lovely and clean, great location :) Would definitely recommend to others and def stay again myself. We stayed in December so more bedding required!! Spare blankets would be great and the rooms definitely looked significantly larger on photos on website- the use of a fisheye lens to take them was a little misleading but can't really complain for price. |

Our room tidied up everyday & towels replaced. Kitchen equipped with sufficient plates and cutleries. Pillow is thin and not fluffy. |

Clean place to stay with friendly staff. A good location with great access to Kensington. Would stay there again.. I booked a twin room instead of a double room and a lounge. Was offered a twin room but it was made up as a double. A bit more clearer on the description please. |

the rooms were clean and accommodating the tv was very basic. the night staff were less friendly - reluctant to assist with faulty internet connection at 8pm, that was after requesting help at 6pm and waiting a couple of hours for the individual to come on his shift |

The location was very nice close to everythign easy to catch a taxi, the staff was always very nice and helpful. The room was smaller than I thought it would be - maybe normal for London standards. I was very clean and comfortable. The room was for 3 myself and my 2 boys (7 and 10) and it would definately not fit anymore than that. But all in all it was nice and I would stay again - for a couple it would be perfect. |

Good size apartment with an excellenrt range of facilities and an ability to come and go easily. Breakfast was okay but could do with starting earlier for business folk. Cooked breakfast was a bit basic and could be improved. |

The accommodation was good although on the lower ground floor, so without any view to speak of (nor any mobile phone reception - but the telephone charges were very reasonable). Great to have the flexibility of self-catering in a well-equipped kitchen area, as well as serviced bistro on site. |

the room was well equipped and clean, the staff were friendly and mostly helpful. I was pleasantly surprised. They charged me for my stay on arrival, which is not a problem in itself. However they did not tell me that I would be charged for breakfast the next day even if I didn't have it simply because I had indicated my preference on booking.com.. I consequently had to pay for a breakfast I didn't eat Which really spoiled my stay. |

The location was good, as was the security and cleanliness of the complex. It was very expensive for what we got. |

Easy to reach from Bayswater or Queens Way Tube Station, enough places to eat around the hotel. The bed was good, kitchenette fully equiped, complimentary coffee/tea facilities OK. They gave me a room in the Lower Ground (= basement) with a tiny little window, next to the laundrette. I had to wake up early since I needed to go to meetings but I can understand if you want to sleep in, it will definitely annoy you. Also my room was nearly blocked with all the "fresh/clean" linnen that was piled up through the entire hall. I felt that the hotel was far from full so don't understand why they give out this room then. Only positive points were that the tiny window could be opened and the room was next to the fire exit (which only was nearly blocked by the linnen). |

the locaiton of the hotel. Appartments are very very smal to the photos in the website. They do not make up the room every day and they do not wash the dishs except on Mondays. all over the hotel grounds and floors are coted with wood, every where you walk you make sounds and anyone walks in the coredors outside your rooms you here very loud nois. the Fire alarm turns on and off contiouscly for one night at 2:00 am for two hours and could not sleep, took them to long to fix it. |

the location of the hotel is great, near caffe's,resturants, shopping senter and 2 minuts walk from 2 different tube stations. the apartmens are small but comfortable, clean and quite. we stayed in a delux apartment for three and the second bad is a folding sofa. its comfurtable but we would preffare an extra bed. |

The area the hotel was in and that the hotel was nice and clean yes the breakfast poor selection, no uniform for staff and requested a few week before that the children I was bringing with me ( all 16 ) I would need them on the same floor but we were split up on different floors not very convenient |

We really liked the staff here. They were friendly and very helpful as well as knowledgeable about London, the underground, theatres etc. and they did not mind that I usually had a series of questions for them. Secondly, this was a great location! We could walk in three parks close by (Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, St James Park) and shopping was also nearby as well as two underground stations. We felt good about staying at the Grand Plaza as people were coming and going, the staff was well dressed, the lobby clean and spacious. It was a nice place to come home to. Our apartment was larger than we expected, but there were stains on the upholstered furniture and the carpet. The bed was small and the floor in the bedroom was uneven. These are fairly minor complaints considering the beautiful building, the great location and the wonderful staff. |
