Central location, helpful staff

Had to carry my heavy and lots of luggages of the upstairs with no help. Since it was a family of children and aged dependent, a ground floor acco would have been more appreciated.

The staff are kind and clean hotel

A/c is not working , the place of breakfast is very small we were stay out side waiting our turn , Also the content of breakfast is very limited and not contential as what they said!!! I think it doesn't worth four star! Up on this I think it's expensive hotel

Really clean and excellent for staying with small children as you are all together. Staff helpful and hardly any city noise even though very central position.

TV a bit small for size of room, but really being picky there. Little to no faults with the room.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, really appreciate the smooth of checking in as my flight over was very long. Location is also very good, a number of good restaurants nearby and close to the tube stations (Bayswater and Queensway). Clean and comfortable beds.

Not so sound proof, can hear people walking upstairs... but it was quiet during the night. The layout can be a bit confusing for first time travelers.

Apartment is situated close to underground stations and bus stops. Also close to Kensington Gardens/Palace and plenty of cafes/restaurants. Hop on hop off bus stop also close by. Laundry service available at the hotel, same day pick up.

I slept on the sofa bed, which was comfortable; sofa beds usually are not. My friend said the bed was good too. Great shower, loads of hot water which is really important when you are walking all day. Kitchenette very adequate. Daily servicing was much appreciated. Always brilliant to have wifi.

Ongoing fir alarms on or last night. I was not apply that I had to phone down twice to see if the alarms were false or genuine. Staff should have been sent to inform the guests as many, including children, were traipsing downstairs in pyjamas when there was no need.

1. I have informed them I am travelling with a 13 months old baby and I have asked for a cot. When we arrived it was not there and we had to ask for it (we arrived after the check-in time!). 2. Carpets was very old and dirty with stains everywhere - you don't want your baby to be in such place. 3. I booked a double apartment and on top of that I mentioned that I want a double or king bed. We have been given a room with a twin bed which were attached together !! moreover, sheets and duvets were singles - they did not change the covers and duvets to double!! 4. Washbasin was blocked - very disgusting. 5. Shower/Bath was blocked too. 6. Hot water pressure was VERY VERY VERY WEAK. (I mentioned it to them, nothing was done in this regard). 7. Although I was connected to the WIFI internet they provided - there was no connectivity (no data transmission). 8. It was cold in the room - Heaters were not working properly. 9. Reception was always crowded at any time (day/night) - if you are lucky you will see two staff at the same time!! 10. for £150 I would expect more. 11. I don't recommend them and I am not staying with them again.

Elevators were not working properly. Only good for floors 1&2 of a total of 5 We required to house keeping to change the blankets which had never being done. I did a taxi reservation with front desk, early in the morning for the following day By night I double checked the reservation. Front desk had to do it again. Seems no ressevation were done before. Beds uncomfortable

Me and a colleague were travelling together for business and every time we do we specify twin beds (as heterosexual males) and every time we book on booking.com we get doubles and then changes have to be made

the refubished deluxe rooms on third floor are very nice, however the TV is very small and you can not watch it comfortably. free wlan :) shower has good water pressure.

quality of full English breakfast is poor, room is too small and highly crowded, seevice staff untrained. Lift was not working (.3 floors)

There has been a problem with the hot water, but it was fixed quickly over breakfast.

The only good aspect of this hotel is its location.

The photos on the website is deceiving,the carperts are filthy,the towels stained.The elevators to our wing were out of service at check in which meant carrying our luggage assisted by one member of staff up to the 4th floor. There is no concierge service before 8am which meant carrying four suitcases down 4 floors as the elevator was again out of service three days later. The man at reception was rude and said that he cannot help us. Do not book this hotel.

the location is brilliant, very close to most of the places in central london. The 2 bedroom apartment is good space with a living room and a brilliant kitchenette including a micro, induction gas, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, etc

The staff were excellent. The location was very convenient, allowed us to walk to many attractions, shopping, and dining. And there were multiple bus stops and tube stops that gave access to the rest of the city.

It could've been cheaper, but it was a really good location and exactly as advertised. The 2nd bed was not as nice as the main bed.

Not much, although street level windows were very dirty. Electrical plug/outlets and lighting not always where they were needed.

Spacious room, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. Very near to two underground stations. Very lively neighbourhood. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Free and fast wi-fi. (Modem in avery apartment)

Location was very close to 2 tube stations, bus stops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Kids beds were too soft (not suitable for an adult). Main bed was 2 single beds together with 2 single quilts.
