Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta, mutta etäisen viileää, ehkä välinpitämätöntä.

Huone oli komeromaisen ahdas, kuin ullakkokomerosta tehty, ikkuna pieni, käytännössä ei näkymää lainkaan. Ahtaanapaikankammoisella voisi olla vaikeaa, ainoastaan vuode mahtui juuri ja juuri sinne. Suihkun paine olematon. Luottokortti ei toiminut, vaikka muualla toimi, Saavuin yöllä väsyneenä hotelliin. Onneksi oli käteistä mukana depositia varten. En ole tottunut maksamaan etukäteen ja vielä huonevarauksen ylittävää summaa. Tuli tuntu, että olisivat laittaneet sydänyöllä automaatille rahaa hakemaan, kun niinkin yleinen kortti kuin Mastercard ei toiminut heillä. Taksin tilaaminen ja tähän liittyvät palvelut sekä neuvonta olivat ala-arvoisia ( jouduin odottamaan lähes tunnin ja myöhästyin kurssiohjelmastani).

Location and the bed was great

The room was far too small for a double bed. It was s single room with a double bed in it.

Great location, friendly staff. However rooms are quite small but enjoyed my stay.

Location suited our needs. Easy access to the city and other tourist sites. Hyde Park across the road added excellent contrast.

Location is perfect. I've read so reviews regarding problems with ongoing renovation but I haven't experienced any promblems myself. The room was small as in any other hotel but it was well equiped and renovated. For the price I've paid and for it's location I should state this hotel almost as perfect. They also include free wireless internet.

We found that the hotel was warm, friendly, quiet, beautiful and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend it. It would be our choice to stay there again. Although the rooms were very small, it was fine for one night but having said that I would stay there on a longer trip. Probably the best hotel experience in london I've had (and I have stayed in a great deal of London hotels). In future trips to London this will always be my first choice(as long as the price is right). Many Thanks for pleasant stay.

The bathroom although beautifully decorated, was a bit cold due to there being an old window fitted, and stuffed around the edge with tissue (a double glazed would have finished the refurb of perfectly!). We did stay during the snow fall, a bit warmer in there would have been great!

We've stayed in the deluxe room and even though it was really small, we liked it very much. For two persons coming to London for a short period and not spending much time in the room, the size of a room is perfect. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is perfect.

For the price we've paid we got much more than expected!

This staff is inefficient. Sometimes, they don't clean your room. They asked to pay in advance in the check in, but keep the receipt because they asked me to pay in the check out again. The rooms are really too small. It's better to take a twin room instead of double one.
