When you first walk in you are greated with a rather grande lobby and adjoining sitting room and polite service from staff. The small bedroom was clean and very comfortable. |

Excellent location with an impressive lobby and comfortable waiting area. Room clean and modern. Ridiculously small room. Thought i had walked into a cupboard by mistake. Bathroom so small it was almost impossible to use, especially the shower. |

Location suited our needs. Easy access to the city and other tourist sites. Hyde Park across the road added excellent contrast. Yes. Our choice of room was poor. Windows very drafty, needed double glazing. |

This hotel is set in a stunning building, the lobby takes you back in time and is really very impressive. The location is excellent, right next to Hyde Park and only 5 mins walk from Queensway tube station. The room was small but ideal and very comfortable, it had many clever features such as an AV set up and underfloor heating in the bathroom. We liked it so much we've booked to stay again in a couple of weeks! Fantastic value for money too.... |

i booked a single room and when i went there i asked for a room with a view on the street and they upgraded me to a double room looking over the street without extracharge. it was very clean and nicely decorated room. i enjoyed my stay thanx to the staff. |

Location is perfect. I've read so reviews regarding problems with ongoing renovation but I haven't experienced any promblems myself. The room was small as in any other hotel but it was well equiped and renovated. For the price I've paid and for it's location I should state this hotel almost as perfect. They also include free wireless internet. The renovation could have been done by more precise construction workers |

We found that the hotel was warm, friendly, quiet, beautiful and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend it. It would be our choice to stay there again. Although the rooms were very small, it was fine for one night but having said that I would stay there on a longer trip. Probably the best hotel experience in london I've had (and I have stayed in a great deal of London hotels). In future trips to London this will always be my first choice(as long as the price is right). Many Thanks for pleasant stay. The bathroom although beautifully decorated, was a bit cold due to there being an old window fitted, and stuffed around the edge with tissue (a double glazed would have finished the refurb of perfectly!). We did stay during the snow fall, a bit warmer in there would have been great! |

We've stayed in the deluxe room and even though it was really small, we liked it very much. For two persons coming to London for a short period and not spending much time in the room, the size of a room is perfect. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is perfect. For the price we've paid we got much more than expected! |

Location, cleanliness This staff is inefficient. Sometimes, they don't clean your room. They asked to pay in advance in the check in, but keep the receipt because they asked me to pay in the check out again. The rooms are really too small. It's better to take a twin room instead of double one. |
