The Staff were very friendly

The Bathroom was dirty, the rooms were poorly ventilated, some of the lights werent working in the room, not value for money

The room was excellent, bed very comfortable and great TV in the room. All the staff were very friendly and could not help enough.
Breakfast the following morning was to a high standard served in the the restaurant which i ate in the night before, it has a great atmosphere at night and the food was also very good.

as we were going to the races the location was perfect. the staff were great and we even got there to early for check in but they gave us our room early so we could frehen up for our day out

after the races we went back to our hotel to relax and have a couple of drinks in the bar. i was astonished to find that all seating had been removed from the bar to accomidate racegoers, as residents we had to go to our room to sit and relax
when we came down later the bar still had no seats so we went straight in to town centre .

Superior room great with fab jacuzzi. Nice cooked breakfast. Friendly staff. Big soft Super Kingsize bed.

Our only complaints would be that due to there being a wedding on on the Sataurday we were not able to get a bar snack til 8pm instead of quoted 6pm and dinner started at 9pm instead of 7pm. Also check out time was stated as being 11am but as we were not being collected til 12 noon on Sunday I asked if we could check out later, which according to the brochure was possible if we paid extra but I was told No and given no reason.

Very large flat screen TV in room. Large bathroom. Plenty of storage space. Room had it's own character. You can see the racecourse from the hotel, it's a only a 2 min walk.

There was a leak in the bathroom but this was caused by the people in the room above. The room faced directly on to a noisy roundabout, but we knew about this in advance.

The room was just amazing for the money, very spacious, clean, very comfy bed, flat screen TV, very, very nice, and the whole decor of the Hotel was just a pleasure to see, I would be very happy to tsya there agin, what a wonderful experience! The wifi worked fine and the staff were very pleasant.

Room

Customer service was appalling! A wedding party over ran the hotel . we
couldn't use bar or restaurant . it was even difficult using the
stairs!!! Very noisy.
