Score from 1164 reviews Very good
Location. Close to the sea, tunnel and the Dover port.
I haven't expected a room in a basement.
Nothing breakfast was awful room very noisy and fire alarm kept going
Everything was adequate and a bargain at that price. Breakfast was a nice surprise, very tasty. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Staff could have been more friendly. Didn't like the half sized bath or the tiny little basin squeezed in beside the loo. Telly to small. But all of this is fair enough when you've only paid £29. What I really did object to was being directed away from the nice restaurant to the riff raff restaurant simply because we got a good deal with a late booking. Have to say though the food was exceptionally good.
Pricing and location excellent value for money
Easy access to places,comfy bed.
Friendly, helpfull staff
My booking was for a non smoker! didn't notice until the next morning, but was offered a change!.....

1,Location 2,Evening entertainment 3, breakfast 4, Quietest room we have had there
Sleep impossible due to no curtains and security lights outside
Having a smokers room
Cheap & close to eurotunnel
Shabby decor not much customer service
Was not told our room was a smoking room
Really convenient for the channel tunnel and the Dover ferry. Nice sea front and includes breakfast! ! What more could you want?
Nothing much. Great value :-)
The view from our room was spectacular! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and dinner was amazing!
Not a lot
Paying to park 'What's that all about' if that's the case put it the room price as when you book in you know straight away your in for a rip off time however they can and you soon find out that's true. Just be honest people will come back.
The bedding is clean and white. Proper large bath towels. Good choice of food.
Maybe better quality tea and coffee in the rooms.
I love the location, right in front of the harbour
I told the staff about my allergies to all types of sprays, told them I came to the Hotel for fresh air .throughout my stay, the cleaner still go into my room to spray it,even with no tidying or cleaning done. Each time I complain to the cleaners, they say they weren't told anything from downstairs office.Too many cleaners, even. Though they claim that they werenot there to clean my rooms, they keep putting their trolleys in front of my door. The staff in the office downstairs seems detached and not interested.
Excellent value for money!! Very friendly atmosphere!! Always ready to help when asked!!
Parking is always a problem!! First come first served, try not to be late booking in!
Location Staff Quality of food Premier dining upgrade! Cost Sea views
General upkeep of the facilities Messy corridors Lounge areas not inviting/comfortable Cluttered entrance and check-in lobby
