All good for the prices you chage Value for money!!!
Although the hotel needs some upgrading, overall it was comfortable and provided an adequate breakfast with lots of choice.
The checkout time seemed to be rather early 10.00 a.m.
Staff and entertainment is good
Bed rooms need upgrading and a good cleaning with new doors.

I did not like car park fees
food ok, what was rxpected really, great entertainment, gret sea views
bedroom was scruffy and small but agan value
Tatty hotel, in severe need of updating. Rooms poorly kept
The food was good with a nice variety and the bar prices were reasonable.
Booking in January for a November stay I thought we would have had a better room with a harbour view rather than a car park. Also having to pay 3 50p per night to park our car in their car park.
Location perfect for access to and from Europe excellent room price.
Dining room closed at 20.00 so had to eat e!sewhere

Breakfast Décor Appearance
The hotel is located at the bottom of the town next to the beach .The staff are very friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was excellent singers very good. A good variety of food at breakfast and dinner. The town has a good variety of shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Good value thank you.
The only thing that I have to say is that I was surprised to find out that you are charged for parking at the hotel car park.
Bedroom and bathroom very clean and spacious. Breakfast was substantial and nicely cooked. Excellent value for money. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Towels in bathroom were of good quality. Room overlooked the harbour.
Noisy if you go to bed early as you can hear the entertainment in the ballroom. The place in general is just a tad shabby, especially from the outside. Underground car park is very scruffy and although there is cctv We didn't leave the car there. It costs £3.00 to park in the hotel car park.

Location for tunnel and centre of old folkestone central pubs and restaurants. It's cheap as chips and the included breakfast offers the closest thing to a heart attack on a plate your likely to find in England! You can't go wrong but don't expect a lot!
Atmosphere, good wholesome food. Good value. Friendly helpful staff.
Bar and restaurant shut far too early. Xmas decorations up 9 weeks before the event. Too early
Everything apart from opposite remarks
The fact there was no evening meal even though we paid the same amount as going direct/ also you took money from my account/ whereas the burstin take it on arrival!
