Location, good value for money, clean room

Staff was not accomodating

The cabaret entertainment was very good. We also enjoyed the food, and self service buffet.

In our case, being in a room with the windows covered, without an outside view. We also felt (perhaps because of the time of year), that the restaurant, and concert room seemed rather cold.

room was great for price we paid ! location is excelent for town and bars, couldnt get better really ideal if your planning a night out with friends or family cant fault it. breakfast ok too

The size of the room was superb and the decor was the best we have seen in our stays at this hotel

The spa bath didn't work, the bathroom window was cracked

location perfect for nightlife and shopping liked the Victorian feel of the hotel beds were very clean

hotel a bit tired in places a few things broken in room ie extractor fan in bathroom door handle to bathroom and soap dish in shower shower head needed cleaning

We stayed in a turret! Next to Blackpool Tower!

Hotel has clearly seen better days. It was very expensive for what it delivered. If all you require is somewhere to sleep then it would be fine if half the price. If you are seeking a "nice" hotel experience then go elsewhere.

Price I got was cheap and room was clean if very basic.

Breakfast was insipid - fatty bacon, cheapest sausages and grease with everything. Checkout time at 10am was ridiculously early and this wasn't made clear when booking online. Would not stay there again because of the checkout time.

Poor room service - room not cleaned daily. Some unfriendly staff. Had to request clean towels, coffee milk etc.

good city centre location, good sized room, beach view, nice warm room, good value breakfast and evening meal, near to all the attractions, staff friendly.

It is in need of a good clean and make over, our room was dusty, there was damp on the every external wall it looked disgusting

No eye contact from reception when checking in no directions of how to get to room, after wandering around we asked a guest to help us, not greeted at breakfast had to find a member of staff to ask where we could sit, breakfast was cold, so didnt have breakfast the next day,building looks grubby and tired on outside

I was impressed by the whole design of the hotel nd how clean it was!!!!the room was nice nd clean nd comfy it was a tad small but was only me nd my partner so it suited us perfectly!!!the staff were really friendly nd helpful.food was lovley perfect location!!!xxxx

The toilet made funny noises nd the bar was a bit pricey.we also got a letter explainin meal times on are last day.
