The room was very nice we enjoyed our stay for the money it was great

the breakfast was inedible only eggs were from a packet and were swimming in water and bacon from an oven cooked in clumps cooked in places and al ost raw in others
Room spotless, views spectacular, breakfast pleasant and personnel kind.
WIFI not working at time of stay, limited parking facilities, limited viewing on TV. As I did not arrive until late I cannot comment on other facilities.
Everything, and the hotel was dirty
The hotel is close to all the shops and sea front and parking facilities excellent resort fantastic weekend
Quality of the food was excellent. The location was great! Only a short walk to town centre or the lift for the beach.

Horrible budget room without any window and small bed-not even dowble, was strogling to sleep -too tight, can't tell when is day or still night, two boys staff in bar-pathetic-gests were helping them to open 5 bottle of vine, while we all of us waiting to be serve for long, had to go in town for drinks! Public area -espetially toilets -disscusting,never come back! Pitty that this hotel very negletted!
A very good location and plenty to do and see
Looking for a car park space was a bit daunting
great value ,great service,
no window in he bed room
The entrance lounge area was very nice
The shower room in Room 444 put me off staying there again. It had a big black damp mark on the ceiling and was generally very well used.
Our original room (629) was like something out of 1930's. Pokey, old fashioned and very squeaky bed. Requested move and got another room after one night. Second room much better. Breakfast very disappointing. Everything overcooked.
Location, Evening entertainment was OK but a bit too short for my licking it needed to be a bit longer a few more songs and dancing from the team.
a bit run down I thought it was not a 3 * to my standers, a bit old fashioned breakfast was poor not much choice and when we was there we had to queue up for breakfast for a while in a long line right up to the lobby.
Excellent location and food was great. Felt was excellent value and will stay again.
No shower in family room, just a bath and which wasnt ideal for 3 girls going out also could have done with more storage. Decor is outdated.
location, great sea view room and best shower ever but rooms need updating
needs some tlc
Booked a double room 8 months ago and firstly got a single room with a double bed pushed up against the wall with only enough room to squeeze by to get to bottom of room
We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay and the staff are very helpful, overall a very relaxing break
There was nothing I didn't like but if I had to say something I would say a continental breakfast would suit me more than the fried breakfast
Food was good. Entertainment was fantastic. Room was Good View Was Good Staff Were helpful.
Booked in at 2pm sent to room , its had not been made, so had to hang round until 17.30 before it was done. but after that all went well with the stay.
The location was superb. The hotel is very old but it's full of character. Would good back again for sure
The beds were a bit hard and the rooms downstairs were unable to get any signal for out mobile phones
No parking any were so will not be coming again
Location Exterior Facade
Shabbiness of the Interior Needs a re-vamp Our room had stains on the ceiling and in the bath. No shower
I liked the fact you could take dogs and he was made welcome. The room was clean the food was ok and we will go again
Un pleasant staff. Had to wait 20 mins for room key. Room carpet stained. Shower leaked. Flooring in bath room lòose. Mold in shower. VERY POOR HOTEL ANS STAFF
Wonderful position overlooking the bay.
Premier rooms are not "first class". Room 100 is an odd shape with and equipped with oddly designed and strangely positioned furniture. The mattress did not have a cover sheet and the previous guests waste paper bin had not been emptied, the balcony was filthy. We could tolerate the excessive noise from a wedding celebration which wound down by 2315hrs but were reluctant witnesses to a drink fuelled domestic incident in Room 101 at 0200hrs that extended, foul language and all, for over an hour until an intervention by the Duty management. We just hope that the couple eventually mad it up!
Having booked 2 rooms expected them to be together. One was on 0 floor the other on 6 not happy as 1 room for 84 yr old person.
