The carpet in the room was badly stained and off putting:the mattresses of the beds (twin room) were uncomfortable, due to the worn out and protruding bed springs.

Comfortable and good value for money.

Some of the rooms we booked had a funny smell. Put off a bit by the stained carpets in the rooms. Sorry!

The bar downstairs and the food were really good. Also the staff were friendly and I enjoyed the entertainment. The location was very good as it was right next to the train station.

Poor quality accommodation. 5 star price for 3 star accommodation. No remote control in the room. Wall paper peeling off the walls. No telephone access in the room. Room supposed to be a double, but was very small. Didn't provide decaffeinated coffee in the room. The kettle looked like it had seen better days. Room not particularly clean. Thick with dust on top of the wardrobe. Carpet very shabby. No lifts so had to walk up lots of stairs. Difficult for carrying cases.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was nice with a bath as well as a shower. Breakfast was included and was very good. Location was excellent- right next to the train station. Good value for money and a very comfortable hotel. I would go back again.

Hard to say but if I had to then, the fact there isn't a lift.

Perfect location across road from Worthing station. Good cooked English breakfast (a help yourself hot buffet) and helpful staff. Clean bed linen and towels each day (but see negatives on room which negate this). Entrance and staircase are nice, but if you can't do stairs then beware as there is no lift. However reception did offer to get my bag carried up two floors if needed, so that was good. If not for the state of the room I was in, I'd have no problem recommending the hotel to people visiting Worthing.

Unfortunately the rooms let the hotel down. When I walked into the room there was a smell which I think came from the carpet. Carpet in the room was stained to the point that I didn't want to walk barefoot on it. I put down the bedspread and walked on that instead. Room was cleaned daily but smell never really went. Bed was not comfortable - very lumpy so assume as old as the carpets. I was told by cleaner that RelaxInnz have plans to refit bedrooms. After that is done I wouldn't have a problem staying again, but as it stands I would not recommend due to the state of the room.

My husband and I stay 5 times a year when we come to visit family, on this trip I stayed alone. I always feel safe and comfortable and the staff always remember me.

Nothing not to like great place.

Location to Worthing central. Staff were friendly but not very visible.

Rooms very small. On- suite very run down. Carpets in room need changing- all stained. very noisy as a result of people hanging around outside of the Train Station. No iron and couldn't get one. Very basic

Location close to the train station.

The room was hot I paid for air conditioned room but there was no air conditioner the fan did not even work. Thanks for the rain that fell.It would have been terribly hot. The bathroom was a mess. The shower head was leaking so badly that we have to use cup to pour water on our body while bathing. It was ridiculous. On our way out to check out there was no staff at the reception so there was no body on hand to listen to our woes.

    The seagulls.

You can't spell "travellers" on this website: it has two l's, and you have used the American spelling. The hotel was overpriced, a bit grubby, peeling paint on the ceiling, noisy as above the pub on the ground floor.

Location to railway station and nice staff.

Look, it's an old hotel dirty and smelly British hotel. Seen better days and needs a major refit. I had read previous reviews so I was not surprised. Faulty Towers but with very friendly staff. Terrible breakfast.
