Very friendly & helpful staff. We were amazed how quiet our room was considering the proximity to the railway station & main road.

The 2 flights of stairs & lack of lift as I am a disabled person. I booked on line thus no one to ask!

A good all round experience, well maintained ensuite room, excellant buffet breakfast. Would recommend.

Some of the clientelle in the bar area were less desirables , very noisy and a little aggresive.

the hotel was dirty old and very tired, the pub attached was full of foul mouthed drunks, the staff were scruffy and dirty looking and there was a night club next door it was awful!

Evening meals were tasty and affordable. It was very close to railway station and saved me money on taxis. The staff were extremely friendly and entertaining. The hotel was very comfortable.

I like being warm but I do think the hotel could reduce level of heating to save costs to them. However, I would prefer being too warm rather than cold.

The value for money aspect was first rate. I also thought the location in relation to Worthing town centre was excellent. There was always plenty to eat at breakfast too!

The noise level associated with the Friday night music. It was far too loud!

Check in time is not good.. Bcz usually hotlez check in time start between 11 to 1.. But this hotel check in time was at 3 O clock

Very pleasant hotel located conveniently opposite Worthing railway station, and a few minutes from the town cenre; rooms are large, clean, with all facilities; staff very friendly and helpful, good restaurant and bar in the hotel; good value for money, I will definitely stasy there again!

Bit noisy being near a main road and rail station

I work away from home most of the time and have to stay in hotels. This is by far the best i have stayed in. Cheap rooms, and the food is amazing for the price they charge for a meal. Top marks.

Handy for train station

Bathroom dirty, toilet did not flush, had to go through the bar to find a person to check us in.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the ambiance of the hotel. The food they served was very good and you did not have to wait long to be served. Also the staff were more than helpful.

No telephone in room. I had a twin room and there could have been a bit more space. I would have liked the room to have been abit more cleaner, but towels were changed every day. The noise from bar/nightclub was a bit unbearable at times. Enjoyed the music but wished I could have turned the base down!

I wasnt sure what to expect when I arrived due to the mixed reviews. However after staying I find that the majority of dislikes are unfounded. The staff are very friendly and helpful The evening meals were outstanding and very good value for money, ok the breakfast wasn't the best Ive tasted but was very nice and it was all you could eat. One thing that did stick out was on the final night night of my stay I went out for a meal and contracted Food poisoning. The Victoria allowed me to stay an extra day without notice and ensured that I was ok. They wasnt obliged too but they did. I couldnt thank them enough. I knew I shouldof stayed and had my evening meal with them, so Ive learnt my lesson. I would like to thank the staff for a very Pleasent stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable,room was dirty there was weed in two of the draws from a previous person. And I personally would of liked my money back.
