Excellent Staff Members
Room was good
Never stayed in Bracknell before and found it close to where I needed into be
Despite prepaying and not authorising a ring fence payment they still reserved £100 off my card which is fraud! TV was rubbish
staff very helpful and the service excellent...
Pleasant, efficient staff. Very clean and neat room, reasonable size for 'London' hotel. Beds / pillows very comfortable Bar area pleasant but small.
The entry to hotel and car park is untidy and scruffy and feels as if you are entering a run down industrial site. Once inside though, the picture changes for the better.
The staff polite and helpful .
My room shower was dirty and the curtains where hanging off and they smelt a little of tobacco .
Huge concrete pillar blocking access to one side of the double bed and totally obscuring the window that overlooked a very ugly concrete car park. Staff not very helpful fells like they just want your money. Access at night is applling, as a well built male if felt very uncomfortable in dark concrete rat run used to access the hotel. If you like concrete you will love this place!
lovely atmosphere and layout
room a bit tooooo hot
Didn't realise there were any hotels left who still tried to rip off customers with ridiculous wifi charges - especially when they advertise 'wifi' in room. Room service was overpriced. Fish and chips @ £15 is excessive but then add on a tray charge and £3.75 for soda water (usually free) - you will feel ripped off
The helpfulness of the reception staff when we were lost in trying to find the hotel and had to telephone them for assistance.
The high cost of breakfast @ £18 per person which we did not take up; the poor directions on the yellow sign posts for drivers to follow which were very misleading; the room service choice for vegetarians was inadequate; we ordered 2 halves of Stella at the bar but were poured one and a half pints.
The cleanliness and helpful staff
1. English breakfast- only the basics, would have been improved with extra choices, eg mushrooms/tomato BUTdont get me wrong the breakfast was good. 2. Access at night time from shopping centre was awkward -escalator was locked but we didn't realise, very quiet and isolated (we had been to the cinema)
Clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff.
Location...there's not a lot to do in Bracknell. Breakfast...quantity and quality OK but worth £18 per person per night....not a chance, a complete rip off!!!!!!
Affordable Spacious rooms & children friendly!
Parking needs improvement!!
A business hotel nowadays simply has to offer free wifi ! To charge 10 GBP is not acceptable !
The morning staff were good. The Restaurant staff were good When I complained they were receptive and helpful
The Welcome staff were not good I had to ask for Toms and mushrooms at breakfast - I don't eat meat so not a lot of choice - why wwerent they there - 10 mins wait
When we arrived we were told it was too early for check in however the grange accommodated us so that my group of friends could change In the board room and also kept out luggage aside until we returned later that evening.
Location was ideal.
Basic fabric of the hotel is showing it's age.
Very comfortable hotel. Good counter staff.
1. This Hotel operates the WIFI scam. 2. Badly run Bar with poor selection of beers and drinks in general. This was further restricted because 2 of the draft beers were out of stock for the weekend that I was there.
The staff were excellent, especially the receptionist, the room was also excellent. The hotel bar and dining room were also excellent.
There were no taxis available from reception on Sunday night 13th July. In fact the receptionist asked us for taxi numbers! The hotel's preferred taxi service said they were busy! This was 02:00 hrs Monday 14th. Also the charge of £18 for breakfast is too expensive!
The price for the hotel was good.
Staff were very clicky. Unprofessional when asking a member of staff for restaurant recommendations the boss told the member of staff off and interrupted the conversation. Not acceptable. Bedrooms need updating.
very clean room
we booked a double room but got a single, even after we phoned you to tell you that the email you sent us was wrong, you then comfirmed it would be a double room. there was none available on the day.the room we had 611 a twin room on the 6th floor where the wallpaper was pealing off the wall. our beds were uncomfortable, "we would have had a better nights sleep on a park bench",then to top it all we had three hand towels so we could not have a shower in the morning,we have stayed with you in the past and never had a problem. my husband told me not to pay for the room but at the time i did not want to cause a fuss but now feel we should not have paid.
