the convenience of the location to Tower of London and the city was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff
Certainly not on a par with the Grange Tower Bridge nor even the Grange Holborn. Room was stuffy and aircon not great but the noise of a generator outside was annoying. The pool environment more functional than relaxing
Location Pleasant and efficient staff Okay room service
No dressing gowns Poor lay out of bedside light: too far from bed Awful "art" on walls Noise from conference suite including loud music until 1 am on a Saturday night
Location Comfort Staff Facilities (inc WiFi)
Difficult to get a taxi in the morning - it was raining hard
Surprised that for the money and the general high class look and feel of the room and hotel we only had a fold down bed
Friendly and accommodating staff Location Facilities
Location, staff and general feel of hotel excellent
I booked executive room and although room was good bathroom was tiny, over bath shower and generally average. Have stayed in much less expensive hotels with much nicer bathrooms. Very disappointing
We had an executive room with balcony to the front. It was Rememberence weekend so had come to London to see the poppies. Really pleased that on looking from the balcony we could see The Tower and the poppies we couldn't have got a better positioned room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. King size bed gave plenty of room.
Air conditioning control panel was hard to see as positioned in a darkish area of the room. Extractor in bathroom could have been better. A light in wardrobe/ cupboard would help as also in the darker area of room.
Very poor quality hair dryer in room. No price list in mini bar and none provided in room despite requesting same early in stay. No complimentary water provided in room.(unusually in a five star hotel).
We were very pleased with the room, beds were very cosy, room was immaculate and had a lovely view overlooking the Tower of London, Tower bridge and some of the poppies. The staff were friendly and efficient, very quick when we checked out. Didn't actually use the spa or swimming pool, but looked very inviting and was told it was a good size. All in all, had a lovely night with no complaints whatsoever.
We could not find anything to fault at all.
Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing there is not one thing I could fault, the staff are excellent very helpful happy and polite
Unexpected upgrade to executive room upon arrival. Stunning view of Tower.
Having to leave.
The staff where friendly, the hotel looked very posh. Our room was quite at night which meant that our 11month son slept very well, the sound insulation must be very good. There was a Ice-Machine which I think gave the hotel a image of ‘looking after its customers to the smallest thing’ type of feel. Close to the tube station
The view from my room was amazing! Facilities were nice.
- received an upgrade - choice of restaurants in hotel
- breakfast not included
location room upgrade
breakfast - cold not enough staff and very overpriced. eat breakfast round the corner
The staff The location of the hotel
the fans noise. The cost of the breakfast
I did the Shine walk and returning to the room after a 26 mile walk felt like I had just got home... a comfortable clean spacious bedroom ideal for my visit. would definitely stay again, may be a Christmas shopping trip is in order with an over night stay and this time use more of the facilities!
rather noisy aircon in the room.
Location and quality of rooms
Reception staff a little slow
Good size bedroom and comfortable bed, the Forum Restaurant it was excellent for dinner. The service at dinner and at breakfast was perfect.
No relax area in the pool with sunbeds. kids in and out from sauna and steam room, diving in the pool, splashing in the Jacuzzi without no one to control them. Which are the rules?
I was very impressed that both items of my property that I accidently left behind in my room were kept for me until I am able to collect them. Cheerful, friendly staff, nice feeling.
The location, the friendliness of staff, competitive price, breakfast. All in all nearly everything!!!
The fact that we were allocated a smoking room, as an upgrade, but did not spoil our stay.
The staff member at reception. I'd had an email to say we could check in at 2. She was adamant it was 3. When I showed her the email to prove the time she didnt apologise she just checked us in. The only flaw from our stay. Everything else was perfect.
Location, Location ,Location Facilities Food Room
Breakfast at £23.00 and £11.50 for children very expensive. More four star than five.
Peace and quite
