The convenience of the hotel in terms of location The pool was freezing and the room was tiny, 2 people could not pass behind the bed at the same time |

Loved this hotel - my 6 year old and I stayed for the weekend for her birthday and were thrilled with the extra care and details - they brought her a decorated cheesecake up to the room on our arrival with a birthday message. They were very helpful and the room was meticulously cleaned daily. Ideal location for theatres and we got a rickshaw back for only £10. It is also very close to the tube and there are loads of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. We ordered room service one night which was delicious - Chicken Tikka Masala and there was plenty for the both of us - superb quality food. The only complaint was that the breakfast charge was the same for all guests - £23 even for a child. We did not eat breakfast here as a result. |

The enthusiastic, friendly yet professional attitude of all of the staff. An excellent team of whom the Grange Holborn ought to be very proud. The spa/pool area was outstanding. |

The style and location. The pool was not available in the early evening due to gym classes - just when we wanted to use it. Very annoying. |

The hotel is very near to the West End, Whitehall and most of the attractions including London Eye. Spacious rooms, a good shower. It wasn't the warm friendly welcome I expected when arriving after a long day traveling and I didn't like having to pay up front when I'd just stepped in the door and after that having another amount pre-deducted from my credit card for presumed spending during the stay - company policy apparently. Perhaps this is normal in London but I've never experienced this anywhere else before and it gives you the feeling that they don't trust you and that you are not important as a guest but they only want your money. I understand that they may have had bad experiences, but I expect to have a wow feeling when entering a hotel. Apart from that they are a very good hotel and I would definately recommend them. |

Location is excellent - walking distance of main West end attractions. Handy too for St Pancras It does not justify its 5* badge, It is in need of refurbishment and is probably a 4 star at best. Narrow choice of full english breakfast. Does not live up to its pictures or description |

The Central Position i.e. proximity to Covent Garden, Theatreland etc. Fridge & minibar, afternoon tea and cleanliness Check in - 30 minute wait. Room unavailable so had to upgrade at extra cost of £90 plus VAT! Unsure what extras this gained other than a nice view. Website stated bathrobes supplied but none provided even with upgrade. TV sound intermittent & ordered newspapers never delivered! |

The, pool, sauna and steam room were a great way to wind down. The room were very clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and efficient. (reception especially) There were audio problems with the movie we ordered, the charge was removed without question. Overall it was a fantastic stay...thank you! The signage for the mini bar was a little misleading...I have Sickle Cell and need to keep hydrated. I stored my water in the fridge and on doing so accidentally knocked a few of the beverages...after reading the sign, i was concerned that a charge would be added...however it was not, thank you. |
