Staff was very helpful and curteous.

The refrigerator was packed with food we did not want and they refused to remove the food so we could keep our own bottle of wine, etc in the refrigerator. We never used any of the mini bar but they had six items on our bill at checkout. Luckily my wife caught the items and the staff dropped them immediately with out question which we found suspicious. Do they add them to everyones bill and hope they do not notice and then drop them if the person complains?

This hotel is very convenient for the Theatre and also for the tube service, making it easy to enjoy a variety of excursions. Staff are friendly and helpful and the facility to leave your bags in storage is ideal.

Very friendly welcoming staff. Close to tube station but only ten minute walk to covent garden anyway! Great swimming pool.

Staff very helpful and communicative.A good customer service ethos not always in evidence at larger hotels.

My daughter particularly liked the swimming pool.

Location was very good for exploring the city - being of normal mobility able to walk to various sights. Staff very polite and courteous. Being with children, whilst using the bar before dinner, they were very impressed with the non-alcoholic cocktails and little packets of haribos given to them! Beds extremely comfortable and air-con in rooms appreciated. An impressive, comfortable and clean hotel.

Didn't find the swimming pool times very good for children as they tended to be mid-morning/early afternoon and late evening. This isn't great as during those times you are likely to be out exploring the city and all it has to offer and therefore was only able to use the pool once during our stay. Only other comment is that we noted breakfast very expensive!

We requested a quiet room and it certainly was. We stayed for three nights and slept very well. No noise and bed very comfortable.

Good location, and a well equipped, comfortable Hotel. Rooms were clean and during our stay, the Hotel was peaceful and quiet.

My only criteria in the search was for a Hotel with a restaurant.This Hotel had one, but we didn't know that it would be closed on Sundays, the one night that we stayed !!!

Voor twee ouders plus twee kinderen is family room prima te doen. 2 min. walk from Holborn Undergoud with perfect connections. Can easily walk to either convent garden (10 min) or Oxford street (15 min). Hotel is Clean and personnel is very helpfull.

Breakfast: walk 1 min. from hotel and for the price of 1 breakfast at the hotel you have a full breakfast for the four of you. Don't order via roomservice: normaly already expensive, but outreageous (price/quality) at this hotel.

the family room was a little cramped

Staff very friendly and attentive, tube station 1 minute away, theatres and shopping close by.

My room was very cold and could not adjust the temperature and there was no extra blanket so didn't have the best nights sleep! If I stay again would make sure these things are sorted!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed in a family room which was very spacious and luxurious. Really comfortable beds and high level of cleanliness. Used the pool which was really nice. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others..

Female changing room were on the small side and only 2 showers. But lovely pool area.

It was nicely decorated and looks expensive.

The room seemed ever so slightly disorganized, but having said that official booking times were from 3:00pm and we permitted to book in at circa 1:30pm. Perhaps the room was done in a hurry to accommodate us.
