Perfect location just a short walk from Oxford Circus. Very clean and comfortable.
reasonable price considering the location. Just five-ten minutes walk to Oxford St., Regent St., Marylebone High St. WestEnd and Soho. We asked for a quiet room on one of the top floors which they accomodated.
Small room, but managable.
Expensive for a very small room. Cleanliness not up to standard. Found a discarded sandwich packet from 3 weeks prior by the bed!
Great location and really good value. Would definitely stay there again.
Our room was on ground floor so we didn t even use the lift. We were expecting small rooms as we read a lot of reviews however to our surprise the room was perfectly sized and very clean. Being one road up from oxford street made it very easy for us to shop , drop bags and go shop again !! Will definitely go back whenever i m in London.
To pay over £200 for a room be unable for both my husband and I to get ready at the same time because the room was so small was very disappointing. Have used grange hotels before this is not one I will be recommending
Location ..wonderful staff!
The staff wasn't helpful and in denial when I complained about the cleanliness. There were strands of hair on the bedsheet. the blanket was obviously not changed and stains were seen.
Nice, clean hotel, great location. Ask for rooms at the back on the hotel - they are less noisy.
quite small rooms
Location, room decoration setup, interior and exterior architecture, staff, services(reception, bar and bellboys).
Bathroom facilities and decoration, small shower cabin, water sink low pressure, no airtight windows, no free Wi-Fi
All things above
Charging for Wifi in room Breakfast charged extra
Loved the ambiance. Also 24 hour bar??? Say no more! For what I paid for it it was definitely worth the money!
The only thing I didn't like was the space of the single bedroom. and also, not a total disadvantage for me but, if you like a piece and quiet this hotel is situated right in front of a pub and surrounded by bars and it can be quite loud during the weekends. But for a short city break its perfect!
The second time round was better, was given a bigger room at the back of the Hotel, the staff we encountered were very helpful, luckily another receptionist serviced us, wanted to avoid one in particular. Made me rethink of booking again for our return trip next year.
One of the receptionist's, her manner was very off putting, and we were in two minds whether to return after our first experience, had booked in July and again for October.
we moved rooms, the first room was small and had a horrible view. New room was lovely!
We didn't enjoy anything about this hotel if the situation which was close to our main point of interest in Soho. The rooms are SO tiny, we had no space whatsoever for our luggage, we had to jump over it in the room, the bed was really hard and it was so hot in the room at night, the shower leeked and there was no hot water, it wasn't very clean, they are highly understaffed (25 minutes wait for check in) and the lift was out of order (seems it had been for a while). It was so bad I had to leave after the 2nd night (booked for 5) Will never go there again!
We didn't enjoy anything, there isn't even a mini fridge in the room!! Pass your way and don't go there. Actually, go anywhere but there!
Rooms too hot
Location ...walking distance to everything ... and in a romantic typical London street... Close to the Oxford Circus Station Superior friendly and efficient service Small but highly comfortable rooms and bathroom. Silence .... allows a perfect sleep Wide variety breakfast
to mention 1 thing ..the absence of parking ...in the case you need this.
Room very cramped by extra bed. £18 for bowl of breakfast cereal is ridiculous
The magazines in the room and the TV and bed.
Very noisy on the street above my room - couldn't sleep.
The room was well appointed.
The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The mirror was put in an impossible situation to be able to be used.
Excellent location, only 10 minute walk from Oxford Circus, rooms are clean
The room is very, very small. Apart from that everything was fine, but again, very small rooms.
No Air Con No Wifi
Central location friendly hotel with very adequate facilities and comfort
Can't think of anything
Excellent location, and very attentive and welcoming staff.
Beds were a bit too firm for our liking.
