Bathroom shower contraption booster wouldn't operate had to squat in bath to bathe as bath very old. Antiquated in fact.

A very friendly, comfortable, laid back place to stay, close to shops and tube.

Excellent value for money, convenient for the tube and they served a cracking fry up.

It was very convenient. We picked this B & B for its location and free parking. Easy to get to tube and restaurants/pubs within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful.

It was a little old fashioned. The en-suite is in need of refurbishment and the shower did not always work. The bed was very hard!

Price reasonable; convenient location.

Soft overused mattress. Obviously old and flattened pillows. Therefore not good for older people.

It was a bit longer to Piccadilly line than I expected--I was running a bit late--train problems!

Location: It's 5min walk to the Ealing Broadway station that connects to central London (oxford street) in around 20min. The shower was not working properly and I was fairly offered £5/day compensation.

The breakfast lady was appalling. I was 5min late for the breakfast because their shower pressure was awfully slow. I was in a rush and grabbed flakes for the breakfast. To my shock the breakfast lady in a loud tone in front of all guests said to me..."The breakfast finishes at 9am." I asked her, "Could I then have what I'm eating?". Her reply, "Yes, ok, you can." I mean fair enough I was late but does it justify publicly screaming at someone first thing in the morning whilst they're eating their breakfast? Absolutely no manners, no respect and No etiquettes. Will not stay again.

Grange hotel felt like a home. At the end of a long day, it felt like I was going home. Warm, cosy and welcoming. Lovely staff, on a arrival and at breakfast.

I liked the warm welcome and service at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.

The shower in my ensuite was not very hot.

the beds were comfy , the breakfast was delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful. they were very kind and let us in our room early and that we could park the car up for Sat and Sun whilst we went into London site seeing. the hotel was very clean. would recommend it to others.

Reasonable cost, fairly well located. Friendly staff. Room just fine for a place to sleep. Wifi was a huge plus for me to keep in touch with family during my stay. Double for included hot breakfast--saved money on food!

I wish there had been a toilet in the same room as the shower area. The doors were fussy with the key I was given. outdated decor. The walk to Ealing Broadway station, while pleasant and safe, was a little over 10 minutes.

Room and en-suite in poor decorative state. Wiring coming away from the wall. Room lacked shelving and storage facilities. Room cleanliness was below expected level.

Good sized room and excellent breakfast. Friendly staff, comfy bed. Parking available, although we didn't need it in the end as we got a lift with a friend. Close to Ealing centre which is lovely. We would stay there again.

Little bit chilly as there is no double glazing but extra blankets are provided. On the whole could do with a lick of paint but the is would not stop me staying there again. No bath in our room but shower worked fine.
