We liked the location - very easy to get to from Heathrow using the Airport Express train, or the tube. The rooms were very nicely cleaned each day, the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was more spacious than we'd expected (we had a twin ensuite) and the beds were comfortable. Pleny of good eating places nearby, and Ealing itself is very nice. The shower curtain was short so it was tricky not to get a lot of water on the floor - but this is really a trivial point. For others planning to use the hotel, if you have a lot of luggage or are not very fit, it might be better to get a cab from the Ealing/Broadway station to the Grange with your baggage - it's a few blocks across uneven pavement to get there. |

The hosts were very nice, and the hotel is in a good location, close to the Tube, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The look and feel of the hotel was very "old". It seemed clean and the breakfast was just okay. |

Staff very friendly, polite and competent The shower unit is too small to get into properly if you are over 6ft in the single en suite room! |

Conveniently located for our purpose. Off street parking. The fact that a Foreign (highly competetant & efficient) lady aged 24 should be left to handle EVERYTHING by herself ! -cooking & serving breakfast, reception, handling 'check outs' , laundry, washing up & general cleaning of the premises all on her own. This is inhuman and unnecessary when temporary help is available quite easily. |

The staff was great and breakfast was great. It was perfect for our needs: perfectly comfortable beds, a nice sink and linens, tv, clean facilities. Short 5-10 minute walk to tube station and a great pub nearby. |

The hotel is a converted house on a quiet residential street about a 30-minute tube ride from central London. It's an easy walk to the tube station, shopping, and restaurants. The included breakfast was quite good and cooked to order. The room was large (although the bathroom was on the snug side). The staff was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. |

Quiet. Good range of cereals. General very poor maintenance. Shower curtain did not reach tray - hence flooding. Dim lights. Bed only passable. Poor shower and shower room without shelves. Bacon and tomato undercooked. As I left, the waitress/cook?/ everything else? bid me a cheery. A man who I presumed to be the owner ignored me. That said it all. |

Quiet surroundings although we were very near shops and the high street. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on the food but the room was large and had a large bed. |

The hotel is conveniently placed not far from Ealing Broadway tube station. It is clean and freshly decorated. Our bathroom was a rather small, but adequate. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good value for money. We hope to stay there again on our next visit to London |
