Grange St.Paul's Hotel  

Everything was amazing. Location, facilities, pool with sauna, great view and very comfortable bed made me want to come and stay in this hotel next time!

Have stayed at the Grange now on a number of occassions and it has never failed to provide an excellent service.

on my last visit had a room next to the lift shaft.Unfortunately in was a Saturday night and my sleep was disturbed by the constant noise from the lift.

Big room, quiet, good bed

Tv didnt work for most of the evening.

The modern, spacious and luxurious interior. Large open spaces in the seating and lobby areas.

Bar very crowded at night time. Would have had a drink when returning from night out in London but no places to sit(yet many seats in the main area but bar closed and no service available). Also problem with the room we had on 6th floor. Above us was a very noisy party with loud thumping music and noise. We asked to be moved (suggest you don't allocate these rooms if event going on above!!)

Fab hotel with an amazing spa, gorgeous room and brilliant staff! Will def be back again!!

The location, the quality of furnishings, the view of St Paul's.

My room was spacious and the temp regulator really added to the comfort. The beds were nice and big and our room was quiet. The location of the hotel is perfect for me.

In the mornings there was quite a long wait for the lift so we took the stairs with our bags when checking out. I also didn't like that when I purchased a glass of prosecco at the bar the barman didn't return my change. I felt that I wasn't given the option of tipping him or not.

This hotel is in a fabulous location and makes an excellent base for exploring London, amidst excellent transport links.

This is an impersonal hotel with no cosy seating areas, which does not encourage you to sit anywhere than in your room. Fortunately there are cosier locations nearby. The hotel lacks the ambience of a 5 star comfortable hotel.

Smart hotel, nice decor.

No windows to open in the room, therefore room was horrendously hot, air conditioning barely worked but as a result woke up non-stop with a sore throat.

- Perfect location for exploring central London. - The spa was really nice.

- The staff in the reception spoke a rather poor english. All of the four we got in contact with. This gave us the feel of a certain low-fare airline, not a 5-star hotel. - Booked two single beds, got a double - The reception did not answer the hotelphone, even after 7 tries in 20 minutes. Had to call the hotel via the external number. - Had to wait 30 minutes for an extra duvet (ordered because of us getting a double bed and 1 duvet instead of separates) -Never paid extra for a cappucino at a 5-star hotel breakfast (a breakfast wich cost 20+ £)

Good location to all City centre areas

Friendly Staff always keen to assist and bars and lounge areas are quiet and relaxing.

The staff entered the room while I was sleeping, switched on the light and went away! Later they called me to say sorry for this, which disturbed me again! They forgot to wake me up after my request! All unacceptable

The room service meals we had were very tasty and well presented and filling. The swimming pool sauna jacuzzi etc were great

Great Atrium & atmosphere. Good service. Very comfy bed & linen.

Atrium facing window room- felt like I was in a fishbowl. Had to keep curtains shut. Bar & breakfast prices are very pricey.

Concierge service. We had a problem with a lost suitcase left in a taxi.They were extremely helpful, to the extent of checking cctv.

Poor and very Slow service at Reception at night. Long queue in the morning.

Nice staff they were accommodating the pool was pretty nice too very modern and close to our favorite place to eat Barbacoa!

Needs some repairs by the pool and the pull out beds were pretty uncomfortable

We loved the new part of the hotel, very modern. Our rooms bathroom was very nice.

Our room, it was in a old part of the hotel, it had a worn hole in the carpet outside the bathroom, the room it self was very dark and the bed was rock hard.
