Just off bustling Fleet Street, this luxury hotel is in London’s historic Temple legal district. It boasts chic, stylish rooms with 40" TVs and Bose Mp3 docks, an elegant restaurant, and a modern gym....

The hotel location, atrium design, bathroom and power shower.
The breakfast: we were shown to a table with no teaspoons (we had to ask), no condiments (the adjoining table had 2 peppers & no salt). The worst cup of tea I have ever had the misfortune to drink (like dishwater: so weak and no flavour)& when asked for a replacement cup it was only marginally better. Why can't a 5* hotel provide teapots at breakfast rather than serve tea out of flasks?
modern look of rooms/hotel Well equipped quiet rooms Cleanliness Nice Hotel deco Free wifi throughout Free use of the Spa Professional, efficient & nice staff Great location, easy access
location hotel itself
waiting lines for check in/out
I love the room the pool and the gym all were fantastic.
The mirror around the hot tub was a little worn tho. and the shower room door kept leaking water everywhere. but apart from that all was a great stay and thank you for having us.
It's my second time staying here and l have enjoyed both times . The breakfast is great, lots of variety and the rooms are roomy. Would stay here again.
The location is great for taking in the historic sights of London. The room was a good size with excellent facilities. Spacious modern and great value. Spa an added bonus.
We had a really good experience.
the spacious room, the friendly stuff, the comfortable beds, it is good situated to explore London
the wellness area is a bit cramped, sometimes we were waiting a long time for the coffee at breakfast
Nice modern hotel.
Had to request maid service 10.30pm at night.
Great hotel - location was brilliant. Hotel itself was lovely inside and out. Staff were excellent. Oh and amazing cocktails, better than in The shard!
Thought it was a little - just a little overpriced.
Bedroom & bathroom - contemporary, stylish, very comfortable. Decent wi fi. Staff polite. Didn't eat there but restaurant and bars looked nice. Didn't have time for the spa or pool either. Rooftop bar looked lovely. Fantastic location, right next to St Paul's. Easy to arrive on foot from Blackfriars station. We stayed as a family group in 3 rooms for a wedding. Lovely weekend. Would recommend the hotel.
Breakfast was expensive and we were 'room only' so we ate at Cafe Rouge on the corner both mornings, much better value and very convenient.
Concierge greeting. Easy check in and out. Lots of room in lobby areas with plenty of seating. Fantastic location with easy taxi access. Easy and reasonable parking. Beautiful rooms with comfy and big enough beds. All facilities. And the best bathroom ever - I judge a hotel on it's bathrooms and I could live in the shower! First time we've ever stayed there but would love to visit London again and would definitely use hotel again - and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Nothing - everything was great. However, if you suffer with heights - ask for room on lower floor - I don't and loved the view into the hotel.
The staff, facilities and the location
No green tea for my wife in the room
Hotel was nicely located.
Mini bar stocked so it fell out when opened! Asked for second bathrobe, no answer from reception so called roomservice, seemed perplexed I'd called them explained no answer and after second bathrobe, said would attend to it - still waiting for bathrobe! Check out - did not as how my stay was would have mentioned above!
I went to the Spa for a facial and had the VERY WORST experience imaginable. The therapist could not get the face mask off as she had made an error in the process. Nightmare!
Pool. Friendly and helpful staff
Layout of hotel makes it incredibly difficult to move around and waiting for one of the two (only 2!) central lifts can be a real pain.
good location, plenty of good restaurants, bars and pubs in the area and good transportation. price is reasonable compared to the west end not much further on.
I asked for two things and got neither, a view and early check in. This hotel does not ready the rooms until the last minute and so all in line for check in are left to discover how to work the security and lights with their system without assistance of a bell boy. Focus on revenue streams with the high priced restaurants and bars in the hotel and not on the experience of guests. I reserved a room with one bed but was feeling a little cramped in the room with two they gave me. The booking said the room was sound proof, but it wasn't. I heard everything in the hall. I left cash in clothes behind. The clothes caught up, but the cash did not. Might not have made it in a 5 star hotel either, but I'd like to think so. 31/2
Taxis always outside
The cost of B'fast if it wasn't included
The room, restaurant and bar were very clean, super facilities and all with a relaxed but professional atmosphere
Room is big and modern. Gym and Spa included. Friendly staff ready to help. They booked a musical for us.
Reception was too cold.
Excellent Central London hotel..
Location near St Pauls
Price of breakfast
The hotel, location and room could not be faulted. Some of the staff were extremely helpfull others were a bit lacking. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and were told there would be a surprise in our room. The surprise was there was no surprise. As we paid cash we were asked for payment up front and then the girl asked for a deposit. Which I declined to pay as I had no intention of using the mini bar. Overall though the staff were helpful. Maybe it was because we got the room cheaper on here but our view was not the best either.
Great location, good sized room - this is a perfect hotel for enjoying a break in London - a little bit of luxury at a reasonable price :)
Checking staff unhelpful.. Asked for a room near our friends but told the hotel was fully booked. But then another couple we knew turned up and their room hadn't been allocated so don't believe it would have been difficult for them to locate us closer together.. Bit lazy / poor service
