Very polite friendly staff who look after you, lovely clean luxurious rooms, great spa and pool and lovely buffet breakfast. Our group of friends could not ask for more
Stylish Good atmosphere Excellent Gym & Spa Nice Restaurant
Beds very hard and uncomfortable Even for London, rather expensive
Requested a view of tower bridge and got it-superb
Everything was good
highly organised and efficient
touch expensive but that is London
The location and the clean and spotless room was excellant!
The greeting from the reception wasn't warm or welcoming, the front staff didn't won't to smile or make us feel wanted at all! The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Also because I made the booking through Booking.com I was charge a cancellation fee of £156 when I checked in but didn't find out that they had done this until I got home and looked at my bank account! This was a nasty surprise and upset me and my wife considerably. The hotel told me it was hotel policy to do this as I had booked through Booking.com, is it not hotel policy to let me know they would do this? Will never stay at this hotel ever again!
Clean rooms, comfy bed and spacious room. Fabulous location, accessible to transport and walking distance to sites and great food. Would stay again definitely recommend!
Modern hotel, nice pool/spa area.
Mattress and pillows not comfortable.
Lovely hotel and staff and close to underground and tower bridge.
There was not enough coffee in room only 2 sachets so has to buy a jar from the shop.
beds were comfortable and rooms spacious and well appointed
the need to walk through the restaurant to get to our room from reception
Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning. Wi fi worked perfectly. Lovely pool and spa area. Near to DLR.
Fresh clean rooms. Excellent facilities
Confusion at reception on checking in- changed room 3 times before confirming actual room!
Access to 'city' for business Quiet Street Handy to restaurants - St Katherine's Dock Quiet rooms Good exercise facilties Very helpful staff
This hotel had excellent staff ,great rooms and a good location
Rooms (we had 2 rooms) were nice after upgraded due to problems with check-in.
WiFi did not work all around the room, only while sitting on the bed or by the table. Too many problems during 2 night stay - most likely due to incompetence of the staff. Gave negative impression so I need to think several times if I would recommend the hotel or if I would choose Grange for my next (business or leisure) trip to LDN
The staff were very nice and tried to be helpful
This hotel (the owner not the staff) doesn't know the first thing about giving service. We payed for a five star hotel and got the facilities of a hostel. It was as if they were trying to get as much money out of us as possible. Would not recommend this hotel until they changed their policy's.
Great location. Very good, spacey and comfortable rooms.
Wi-Fi was slow and unstable. It was not easy to get down from 13th floor before check-out, 2 lifts seemed to have program of their own, zooming up and down without stopping, despite being empty. It took me 10 minutes at least to get to the reception, catching finally the lift going up, the only one that stopped on the 13th floor and it was almost full already, with other people going up, while they actually wanted to get down. It was fun! :-)
Staff were friendly perfect location and the room was clean and bed was very comfortable
Needed more tea /coffee milk .i know you can ask for more but needed at least enough for 4 cups
The huge comfy bed, iplayer, & the style of the room.
Everything especially the walk in shower. Lovely to stay in a new hotel in London Also I got a half price deal so that made it even better
Location was a bit further out of central London than I had realised
The price way too much
Location, nice large room with well functioning air condition
Price far too high
Clean and comfortable
Staff was good but detached.
The whole stay was brilliant. There are no negatives. I read a review that stated that the hotel was only a 3 star but I would totally disagree! The restaurant food was exceptional and my husband loved the pool. Room 1116 on the 11th floor is a must dual aspect and a fantastic view of the Tower of London and the Shard. We didn't want to go home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
