The staff are warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The décor and style of the hotel is styled to perfection, including the spa where I had my New Years massage.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are very nice and extremely comfortable. The pool and fitness club is amazing and the main restaurant is very good.
The service in the bar/cafe area is confusing. it is still unclear to me (after five days) whether there is table service or whether you are supposed to order at the bar. For table service, it is slow unless you seek help!
Location and cleanliness of hotel. Room size and layout, nice seating area in room.
No robes or slippers in room, poor quality pillows and very thin duvet. Breakfast was cold and overpriced. Bath very shallow and small.
clean room and peaceful!
I didn't like the cold English breakfast I recieved on my stay. Other then that was happy
Definitely five-star facilities and service. Very impressive spa for a city hotel. Will definitely stay again.
The food was very good in the restaurant. The staff very friendly and the location excellent. The bed was so good I wish I could obtain the same one for home!
The view wasn't very inspiring. There were no bath robes in the room and we had to request them. WiFi was very slow.
Luxurious bathroom, great location, comfortable bed, stylish decor, wifi worked very well.
No real complaints, stayed at 4 different hotels that week and this one was the best overall with the 2nd best linens & pillows.
Excellent location and facilities
Check in was quick, staff were lovely. We had a fantastic room with wonderful views of the Tower, Tower Bridge and the Shard.
Breakfast was expensive
I liked all the facilities and the room was lovely in this hotel. Would definately stay here in the future.
Brilliant room, shower, bed and AC.
Breakfast very expensive.
No breakfast inc
Warm welcome, 24hour service and a very likable place.
Think the price could be slightly lower.
The front of house staff couldn't be faltered. nothing was too much for them friendly smiling faces in fact all the staff who you passed went out of their way to make you feel at home the hotel rooms and lesiure areas where very comfortable and clean with excellent seating / lighting. 5 mins walk from tube station good deals on the nightly rates. I would recommend this hotel for Value for Money
bedroom gym bar facilities
High price for poor breakfast service Waited 30 mins for pancakes delivered straight from Mothers Pride packet onto plate still cold Expect home-made for £20!!!
Lots of kids and families here, bed was really uncomfortable and very high bar prices
Very quite to sleep, there is no noise. reception is good and fast.
Didn't like the fee of 20 pounds per hour for a late check out. An obvious revenue grabber compared with my experience at most other hotels

The hotel is extremely elegant, offering excellent service - a great welcome and reception/concierge who cannot do enough to help. The room is spacious, quiet and comfortable with a lovely bathroom too!
I chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel as it is quite pricey - however there are so many coffee bars in the area, this is not a hardship.
Attractive hotel. Interesting paintings on the walls around reception.
The food at our corporate Christmas party was fair. The turkey Christmas meal was extremely dry, ditto the Christmas pudding. Disappointing they didn't consider gravy-boats for each table, or offer more gravy for the meat, when they were serving, as this would have helped immensely with the quality of the meal.
Everything was great booked a superior room and staff upgrade me to executive which appreciated alot . Hotel room service food is great also the jacuzzi in spa was lovely.
Great location, brilliant view from our room on 11th floor and lovely room. Would have been great to have breakfast included
No breakfast WiFi poor, dropped out often
