Everything! Joanne, was fantastic. She met us promptly on our arrival, was welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious with a separate lounge area, clean and tidy. Joanne was helpful in giving us a map and directions to where we needed and offered to help us with anything she could. We were staying for the races and the racecourse was only a 20 minute walk in my heels! The full english breakfast in the morning was delicious to top off a lovely stay. On leaving we were seen out by our friendly, chatty host. Would recommend to anyone and will be returning ourselves. Nothing.

It was me and my boyfriends first trip away together as we are both 18 and the owner Joanne is really what stands out anything my boyfriend and i asked for she would help straight away. She was there on arrival and instantly made us feel welcome and we were introduced to a gorgeous room with big bay windows. The room was extremely clean and looked amazing. It is a 5 minute walk to ayr beach and has lovely places to eat just down the road. The breafast in the morning was delicious. It is great value for money and my only regretis i didnt book a longer stay ! can't faullt it in anyway

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. But the best thing about the Grange View is the location. A walk to the shops, restaurants and cinema, and great golf courses only a short drive away. Great value and friendly service.
