Hotel excellent, Staff friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed and lovely spacious bathroom. Let us check in early after we d asked and also nice smaller touches e.g newpaper outside room door in the morning |

The hotel location was excellent, very quiet yet only a short stroll from bustling soho. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room beautiful and surprisingly large. Will definately stay again:-) No. |

The pillows were really great. I had a terrible experience here. The double superior room, is in no way superior, it was small, and the bed was not a double but a big single. The room was located on the lower ground floor, that's the basement to you and me. The view from the window was the service area, which get used quite frequently and it was very noisy. Staff in very helpful and a bit rude. Could write more but out of space |

very comfy bed,good location with excellent value money. the room was very old fashioned & in serious need of a lick of paint.overall we cannot really complain as the price was fantastic.you get what you pay 4. |

Staff were very polite, and welcoming. The room was extremely cold . The tv did not work at first - but was fixed by hotel staff eventually. The furnishings were very shabby and in poor repair.The bed was a pull down type and very uncomfortable - will not be staying there again. |

I was clean and a firm mattress Unale to sleep as on road when asked not to be - no refeence to my requests were madeWORSE the wardrobe door swere 'locked open and they infringed to the side of the bed so when movin you hit the open wardrobe door. I asked for this to be fixed in the night with no response. |

Die Managerin kümmerte sich, dass wir unser Zimmer beziehen konnten, Zimmertausch war möglich check-in erst ab 14.00 Uhr- schlecht bei früher Ankunft. Frühstückspreis sehr hoch, kontinantales Frühstück müsste günstiger angeboten werden |

Dans un premier temps nous sommes arrivé et malgré notre réservation plusieurs mois à l'avance il n'y avait plus de chambre pour la première nuit. Ils nous ont délocalisé dans l'hotel d'en face (d'ailleurs d'un meilleur niveau que je recommanderai volontier - montague). La propreté n'est pas leur fort : un niveau de poussière impressionnant. Cette poussière se déposait sur les draps. Il vaut mieux ne pas avoir d'allergie. Chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne pas ou mal. Pas de coffre. Erreur dans la note. |
