Rita on reception was extremely friendly and outgoing. It was close to the airport (which is the reason we chose it), and it was very close to the high street/shops/restaurants etc. No bedside lamps. Light in the bathroom flickered non-stop, but we didn't complain because we were tired, and didn't see anyone on reception to mention it to in the morning. Damaged wall in the bedroom which could easily have been repaired prior to occupation by a guest. A very basic, but-value-for-money-hotel, but would prefer to pay another £10.00 per night for a brighter 'airier' room.

"Paul", the agent on duty was very poliet, caudial and went the extra mile to make me setteled in. My flight arrived earlier at 8am than check in time while I was sitting in the lobby for the 3pm check in time he woke me up send me to my room to come down later after resting to do my paper work. The location is good as its close to Tajmahi mall in Crawley, also close to all transportation to get to central London. The anytime brunch was awesome n price was great. I will certaining recomment this hotel to people. The shower was very small but otherwise the hotel is above budget hotels.

Pleasant helpful welcome Room was drab, cold and basic. Only a sheet and thin bed cover, so sleep was poor due to being cold. 1 x thin pillow. Bulb was missing from reading light and then to cap it all, there was no hot water in the morning, so a cold shower only. The other guests staying at the Hotel were very roudy and running around making a noise at 2 in the morning, with no sign of any staff prepared to stop the nuisance. Oh, and we were overcharged on the room from the price booked via the web to the price charged on the night. Only 50p but it was the principle of it. Overall a dreadful place to stay.

Unfortunately the towels were not clean and the description of the hotel as being opposite the train station was misleading .. it was at least a five minute walk which could have been problematic for someone with a disability or heavy suitcase.

Nothing. Only how close it was to Gatwick Airport. The corridor our room was on absolutely stank of sick. The room was drab and dingy, in serious need of a makeover, it felt like staying in a really seedy hotel. We had to get up at 3am for an early flight from Gatwick so were trying to get an early night however in our room you could hear the TVs either side of us, and there were very loud teenagers in the hallways shouting and playing music, no hotel staff came to tell them to be quiet. There was only one flat pillow. I could go on. All in all, a terrible stay, don't know how they got a three star rating.

very good location i have used this hotel several times but have found recently that some attention to detail in the rooms is not as good as it was in the past. the prices have gone up quite a bit in a relatively short time and are not as competitive as they were, other hotels are now also attractive, especially is the standards at this hotel as starting to drop.

The Location was good for what I required, the food in the Indian Restaurant was excellent. The room was not welcoming , poor lighting, dingy and lacking in any warmth. To that end it is November the radiator didnt work, one thin sheet and a cover on the bed I slept three nights with a jumper on trying to get warm. When I was leaving there was work being carried out on improving the reception area I would suggest a greater need is some attention to the rooms.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The lady on reception is one of the nicest people I have ever met she is always welcoming and offers exceptional services. We are returning customers who stay once a year when flying from Gatwick airport.
