Clean, comfortable room. The hotel restaurant is Asian, and I had a most excellent curry there. A discount is given to hotel guests.Close to Crawley railway station 10 minutes by train to Gatwick Airport. Very poor breakfast. Only toast and drinks available. |

Pretty basic accommodation but just fine for overnight and out the next morning. Restaurants, pubs and train station nearby, village with a few historic buildings yet quiet around the hotel. easy access to Gatwick. Hotel staff kind and very accommodating; got into my room on an early arrival. Great internet connection, even with a Mac. |

Its closeness to the townwas useful as we did not have to use the car during the evening the car park was easy to park We had the breakfast it was worth what we paid £2-50 but not as advertised 'Continental' and would not be worth £5-00 A description on the door of how to lock it would have been useful. |

Fairly quiet and within walking distance to shopping & train station No alarm clock and no wash cloths. Pillows were too flat for our preference & could feel the mattress springs at times. |

Helpful staff. I was woken at 2.30 by the police arresting 2 people attemting to steal a car. I would not feel safe leaving my car on the carpark whilst i went on holiday. I feel the carpark should be made more secure. |

The modern rooms and friendly professional staff Taxi's to airport a little more expensive due to the distance. A shuttle bus for hotel guests would be fantastic. |

I found the hotel relaxing and comfortable and very quiet. No traffic noise at all. I am not sure if there was a restaurant or not but if no then that would have helped for geeting food etc. |

The staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and the room was clean and tidy. Probably on a par with the Premier Hotels as this hotel has been renovated, although in some parts cheaply so. Still, it was close to the town centre and was a comfortable night. It also had a breakfast/dinner room. I'd recommend it. The locks on the dorrs were fiddly, ours didn't work and we needed help a few times. |

The thoughtfulness and exquisite help from Rita at the front desk. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, with sky tv. Very nice to have coffee/tea making equipment in room. I like everything about this hotel |

The hotel itself was pretty basic, but it was comfortable enough as a place to sleep and it had a hot shower. Chris the afternoon desk attendant was very nice. Everything in the town was within walking distance. There were pubs to eat & drink, a department store, a mall and a train station is down the road and around the bend. Though the sheet on my bed was clean, it had a dime sized hole right in the middle of it. And the free internet access did not reach to our room on the second floor. We had to go to the lobby to use it. |
