it wasconvenient to where i had to go and close to shops Bedroom scruffy and i had to ask for bedspread to be changed as smelt, it needed cleaning. |

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions now, and as always, found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. |

It was a reasonable hotel, perfect for what we wanted. There was a water leak outside our room on our last night, and when my wife informed the night desk he was none too helpful, oh and proper pillows would not go amiss. |

it was close to airport and town for a meal. booking in a shambles, had told them we would arrive after 7pm had to use our details as none there. cab had to be arranged seperate and again from airport. cab price 50% above stated price in booking. |

had a nice indian meal at the hotel's own restuarant very good value and we had a transfer to the airport with the hotel's own minibus and also were picked up again which was a very good friendly service |

Rooms were clean but very basic. The staff were very helpfull. Ideal for parking car for Gatwick Airport Rooms could do with some spicing up |

I found management very polite and accomodating. The Restaurant was lovely. The Bed, I felt the springs and every morning my ribs and side were very sore and red. I think you should check that out and probably put a waste basket in the bathroom. |

Although only there 1 night,staff friendly and had time to talk to us. Chose it convenient for getting to gatwick airport Would have been nice to have flannel/ shower gel as extra touch as we did not wish to undo our cases |

The staff were helpful and friendly. A shelf in the shower would be helpful, but this doesn't reflect of my thoughts of the hotel and would stay again. |

The evening meal in the restaurant was enjoyable and the staff polite and welcoming. Room was advertised as 'refurbished' but the finish could have been better. Blinds or nets were needed in addition to curtains for privacy in our ground floor room - which looked out onto gravel littered with discarded cigarette ends and packets. 'Continental' breakfast was poor. |
