Good location - only 5min to city center by central line; friendly staff, value for money (cleanliness is ok) very basic accomodation but for the price it's ok (I could not find better value for money in central London) |

Rooms were cosy. Location was good very near to Shepherd's Bush tube and railway station. Kettle and hair dryer were provided. Clean towels. Overall good value for money nothing much, except perhaps breakfast could be improved. |

Brekfast was ok. Location was good close to tube Hotel rooms were the smallest I have ever seen. It was impossible shave in front of the sink because of it was so narrow. No elevator with very narrow aisle |

This hotel is ideal for Shepherds Bush Empire.Good for a stop over or weekend break.Breakfast good ,toast boiled eggs cereal coffee etc... Only down side room can on the small side and could do with a lick of paint.Shower a little grubby. |

A fairly cheap hotel thats is extremely convenient for the Shepherds Bush Empire and train station. Bedrooms equipped with TV's, bathrooms. |

Good thing a lot instant coffee, clean room.budget price. the single room is really small. I did not beleive the posts of the other users, but the room is long one bed and a door and is wide one bed and a door. the bathroom is so tiny approximately - a meter on one side and meter and a half on the other side. |

Excellent location, good breakfast - more than I could hope for. I think the hotel provides good value for money Shepherds Bush road a little too noisy but we were very exhausted after a busy day so this was no real issue...Bathroom tiny but very clean, new towels each day. |

the hotel seems to be newly renovated & found to be clean & tidy.Yet it is a little bit noisy at night for my room facing traffic as ambulance car or police car warning sound are coming during the night.The price is fair for a triple room the hotel is clean & tidy & the breakfast is good & served good yet some of the staff is a little bit cool & not eager to talk much. |

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, well decorated rooms, clean fresh bathroom, reasonable room facilities. Room very small (though it was a single and it had a double bed). Breakfast was a bit hit and miss (though I was early for this) |

Although the outlook was not so good and despite the carpeting on the floor(which is a problem even for 4 (and sometimes 5)-star hotels in the uk), rooms were clean. The small room smelled of smoke, above all on the first day. No hairdryer in the room |
