The location was ideal for my business and it was a nice size of hotel with friendly staff. The designer bed was a little low off the ground and difficult to get up from! |

Very well situated in the centre of Harrogate. NIce bar and lounge area. Good selection of breakfast. We also ate lunch, again very nice choice. Helpful staff. Also they had hot chocolate in the rooms - always a good sign! My bed was very soft and a little bit uncomfortable. |

A very pleasant stay, very convenient for Harrogate town centre and the exhibition centre. Car parking restricted, but difficult to improve as this is a town centre hotel. |

Excellent surroundings in best part of a lovely town. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good service and excellent cuisine. Sad to see passing of Chimney Pots Bistro and associated ambience, however we understand why conversion was made and Storm restaurant does have many good points, food better than ever. |
