The room and price

Location, taxi fares were between £18 - £30 depending if you had 4 or + 4! Disappointed that the bar was closed before 10pm on a Saturday night!

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was good and freshly cooked but we didn't have to wait long for it to appear. It was easy to find and parking wasn't a problem

The rooms were too hot and when the window was open it was very noisy. The bed felt the same as sleeping on the floor - awful night's sleep..

The bathroom was huge. The breakfast was lovely. We were very comfortable throughout our stay.

Outdated room

The evening barman, Tom, cooked us a lovely meal, beautifully served. And ensured that our evening was pleasant and comfortable and that we did not have to go out again that evening. The free wifi had a decent signal so I could easily link to my sister in America. The room was very pleasant and large and airy. It was good to have a desk to put the laptop on. We were travelling from Cornwall to Norfolk and broke the journey to visit friends just 10 miles from the hotel, before continuing our journey the following day, so in the list of words to describe the hotel there is really nothing that fits our situation.

It was a small friendly welcoming hotel and would have no hesitation in staying there again

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel rooms were clean and well equiped. The location was ideal for both Bath and Bristol. We enjoyed are stay, and would go back again.

Scomodi I rubinetti del lavabo del bagno senza miscelatore (acqua o bollente o gelida) ma solo nel lavabo (non nella doccia, che al contrario ha un miscelatore programmabile di alto livello)

Room was comfartable and clean. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. All was clean and tidy. Excellant breakfast. Even though we were at the front of the building, overlooking abusy road, noise wasn't a problem. Very close to shops, pubs, restaurants, lovely walking distance. For a black couple in mainly white environment felt very equal and friendly treatment where ever we went. Not far from motorway.
