Grasmere Court is a very friendly family-run hotel, with well-equipped bedrooms, with one having a four-poster bed. Well-priced food is available, and there is a comfortable lounge and cozy bar. The owner and staff were attentive, polite and helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfy. Set between Bristol and Bath, both of which we were visiting, it was perfectly set for access to the main road system, ,but we also spent rural time beside the lovely river Avon at nearby Salford. This was a good hotel experience - we intend to use it again. We had a front room - which we would love to have again - but it was a little noisy, but only because of road traffic.

The young staff were very efficient. The hotel was far too hot ! I f it had been -5 outside it would have been ok butas it was +17 outside it was like a sauna.

The hotel was spotless,the staff were efficient and friendly.the hotel was well situated for local ameneties.I Was so pleased with my stay that I managed to speak to the owner to congratulate him on the way the hotel was run.I Would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel to anyone. Very satisfied and would stay again.

Staff were extremely welcoming, lots of chit chat and the breakfast was very good. There was ample parking too. We should have asked for a quiet room as I like to have the windows open at night and the traffic was a nuisance. Our matress was on the soft side and we should have checked on this too.

We had a very nice breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful.The room breakfast was served in was very nice and the standard of service was very good. Our room was very small and basic. It was not worth the £88 I paid for it.I Wold not use the hotel again or recommend it

The evening barman, Tom, cooked us a lovely meal, beautifully served. And ensured that our evening was pleasant and comfortable and that we did not have to go out again that evening. The free wifi had a decent signal so I could easily link to my sister in America. The room was very pleasant and large and airy. It was good to have a desk to put the laptop on. We were travelling from Cornwall to Norfolk and broke the journey to visit friends just 10 miles from the hotel, before continuing our journey the following day, so in the list of words to describe the hotel there is really nothing that fits our situation.

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel rooms were clean and well equiped. The location was ideal for both Bath and Bristol. We enjoyed are stay, and would go back again.
