Perfecte locatie, rustig en toch dichtbij het centrum van Salisbury (ongeveer 15 mintuen lopen via een leuke route). Prachtige kamer met mooi uitzicht op de tuin en Cathedral. Goed ontbijt, maar de ruimte waarin was erg krap (soort aanbouw in de tuin). De normale ontbijtruimte was denk ik under construction tijdens ons verblijf van 1 nacht. |

De ligging ten opzichte van het centrum is goed, Parkeren ruim voldoende. Personeel niet erg vriendelijk. Veel stagieres. Comfort matig. |

Ligt in het volle centrum, maar toch geniet je van de volle rust, door aanwezigheid van grote tuin en waterpassage Properheid restaurant. 's avonds op vuile onderleggers gaan eten, en toevallig 's morgens aan dezelfde tafel nog steeds de vuile nappen.En ik ben niet moeilijk, maar de grootte van een koffitas vettige plek is echt niet aangenaam om meerdere keren als onderleg te hebben. Misschien zijn wij belgen te verwend wat lekker eten betekent... |

Dit hotel voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen, zowel qua ligging als qua accommodatie. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, zeer smaakvol diner 's avonds. |

Nice views from room. Staff friendly. Food very expensive! Poor maintenance - wallpaper peeling in room, dining room needs upkeep. Poor lighting in room. Not value for money. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, location round the corner from Salisbury cathedral isn't bad either! Some variation in the evening set menu would be nice- on one evening the lamb appeared to be not fresh, otherwise the food was good. Overall, thanks for a lovely break. |

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the standard of the menu as we were dinner bed and breakfast. All food was home cooked and freshly prepared. |

Good room with a lovely view. Clean and comfortable room with all the facilities you would need. Friendly staff and a good buffet style breakfast, with tea and toast provided almost immediately. Fuss free time. I think the bar either needs to go or to have a major update and as it doesn't seem to serve any purpose at the moment. And as there are so many good pubs within easy wakling distance, it needs a decision made on should it stay or should it go. Didn't affect my stay though. |

The room decor was comfortable and fitting with the setting. The bed-room was spacious and there was a pleasant view onto the front garden with no buildings in sight. There's also a beautiful view onto Salisbury Cathdral spire from the breakfast room. There was a reasonable choice for breakfast items. The bathroom was nicely finished and felt clean. Very short on the choice of wines by the glass, though I understand that the list is much fuller by the bottle. The receptionist was unsmilingly efficient on checked in, which I found quite off-putting, though I might have got her on a bad day after a visit to the dentist. The morning staff were much more welcoming, though. The beds, while OK, were more hard than firm and the shower itself was just that little bit too small so I was knocking my elbows on the walls (I'm very averagely built). No shelf space above the sink for one's washing things. |

The Staff try hard, but the food is mediocre, Some parts of the Hotel in need of renovation. Room was correct and clean. Reception area and passageways were dull and carpets old and used. Not a good image. |

The food in the hotel restaurant, the location was great for sightseeing and shopping, very scenic, beautiful garden. Only the fact drinks were a little pricey but no more than any other hotel. |
