We found the hotel friendly and comfortable, and the food good. We were surprised how few people there were for dinner on the two evenings that we ate in the hotel restaurant; we enjoyed our dinners. |

The staff on 2nd, 3rd and 4th day were efficient and tried to help as much as they could. The gym was very small, but was mostly empty. Despite my preference, there were no non-smoking rooms available on my arrival; I had to spend one night in a room with significant smoke odour. |

Good base to explore locally and nr railway stn. But don't stay too long in Telford itself - its dire. Fixed Price Dinner - Main course was excellent but let down by first course (pate) and cheese board. Both straight from the plastic wrapper. Could have been so much better by using some local suppliers. Still remained good value and not much else to choose in the town anyway. |

The whole weekend stay was relaxing and excellent value for money. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was excellent and plentyful, kept me going all day long! Bar food in the evening was good too. I didn't try the restaurant in the evenings- didn't need to. Staff were courteous, helpful, professional and very friendly. Room was compact but spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable. Hotel is literally 10-12 minute walk to International Centre (my reason for being there) and 5-7 minute walk to train station. It's not a top-class hotel, but it doesn't have a budget feel to it either. But it is half the price of some other hotels in Telford! Clean and modern. Recommended! Not really. My own room (222) was compact (read small) and a little cooler than I would have liked, but that is a personal preference. While the room size was fine for one person, and the double bed was very very comfy, it might have been a bit too small for a couple. As I was alone it didn't really bother me. |

What struck me most was the fantastic staff, they were very amusing, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was amazing, especially the Chinese Buffet on the Saturday evening, it was better than what you`d get in a top class Chinese restaurant. My room was beautiful, warm, comfortable, very clean with a nice big TV. I was very impressed with everyting and will definately stay here again. There was nothing i did not like. |

Excellent staff - friendly and helpful - fostered a relaxed atmosphere. Good facilities for teenagers & adults alike. The restaurant offered a good choice of well prepared food - even the teenagers were happy with the choice available. Easy access to the World Heritage Site at Ironbridge. An excellent short break and would be equally good for longer period touring in the area. Absolutely nothing - we have never been more satisfied. |

free access to gym and leisure facilities. breakfast was of high quality although I think the quality of the bread and the cereal could be better - a little healthier. eg. multi grain bread and muesli without too much sugar. |

Lovely rooms, tea tray and all home comforts. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I did not expect to see two young women coming to breakfast in their pyjamas. I felt the lady taking the room numbers should have refused them entry to the dining room. Surely there is a dress code! |

This deluxe 4-star contemporary hotel has recently undergone a GBP 7 million renovation, with every facet of the hotel having been totally transformed. |
Right next to Telford Rail Station and close to the M54, A442, A5 and town centre amenities, Premier Inn Telford Central is very well located. |
Just off the A5, on the outskirts of Shrewsbury, this air-conditioned hotel features large, modern bedrooms, a contemporary restaurant and conference facilities. |
